Hi, my name is MTGOStark and I've been playing strategy games for the better part of a decade. I've placed either at Rank 1 or somewhere in the Top 100-200 in nearly every strategy game I've played, including League of Legends, Dawn of War II and Magic: The Gathering Online. I started playing Hearthstone last year, and I've reached a peak ranking of Legend Rank 2 with this deck in the September 2015 Season so far.

Secrets Pally has only been around for a couple of weeks so a perfect list has yet to be refined. Personally I believe the best list would be centered around an aggro strategy, since the 1-mana secrets share a really great synergy with small but powerful aggro creatures, and Divine Favor. With this list I was able to attain Rank 2 Legend on the NA server so it's probably good enough to climb ladder (I won a couple more games at Rank 2 but wasn't able to get Rank 1, alas).

Mulligan

As a general rule of mulliganing, you basically want a) a curve, and b) the best cards in your deck. For this deck the mulligan targets are:

- Secretkeeper(s) + secrets

- Divine-Shield Minions

- Divine Favor (depending on the matchup - certainly vs. control and usually if you're on the play)

- Mysterious Challenger

- Some secrets are okay to keep depending on your hand and your opponent. For instance noble sacrifice is a decent keep against a face hunter, redemption is a decent keep if you have all divine shield minions in your hand, etc.

Strategy

- The strategy is to deal damage and control the board, then drop Mysterious Challenger on Turn 5/6 to end the game. Usually if it resolves when the opponent has nothing on the board you win, and Pally happens to be one of the best board control classes.

Blessing of Might on a divine shielded minion pretty much the first chance you get.

Divine Favor for 3+ (less than 3 and I think you are losing too much tempo...sometimes it can't be helped but Arcane Intellect by itself isn't too bad of an effect either)

Before dropping Challenger you should try to control board, after dropping Challenger your goal should be to end the game by going face.

Consecration to control board, Truesilver Champion usually goes face.

Card considerations

- Knife Juggler. Knife juggler normally fits well in an aggressive deck, but it's actually not so great in the current meta. Patron dominates so turn 2 Slam or War Axe is an easy and common counter, Tempo Mage has frost bolt or mad scientist, Hunter has quickshot, Pally has Shielded MiniBot etc. I think the minions with divine shield really spell trouble over the field right now, since the divine shield usually takes at least 2 mana to get rid of but costs almost none by itself.

- Annoyotron. Annoyotron doesn't have the best aggressive combat stats, but it has divine shield which is important for this deck, and also protects a more important minion such as a pumped up Secretkeeper or Mysterious Challenger. It's also a soft counter to Unleash the Hounds which is a danger for this deck. It also pairs with redemption to be almost twice as annoying.

- Dr. Boom/Tirion. These legendaries are some of the best in the game, but completely wrong for this deck's curve. Most of the time they will just debuff Divine Favor by getting trapped in your hand.

This list is still a work in progress but has worked well for me so far. A couple people I know have already tried it and reached Legend with it so hopefully you'll find some success as well.
