Not a chance in this meta, a mid range hunter deck will 50/50 at best.
Actually, mid range hunter is pretty strong in the America server meta.
mulligan guide please...
face or trade? i really weak using shaman :(
its not an aggro deck
This is a nice deck, im current on rank 3 (7-0) i think 2 x muklas champions is too much however one game i played two muklas on turn 10 and it vas very funny bc they werent removed!
Banana for days.
This is my favorite deck I am playing right now! I took out loatheb, an earth shock and a defender of argus. I replaced that with two haunted creepers and gormok the impaler. This made me stay on the board longer and my turn 4-6 is usually me dropping gormok to regain board control and from there dominating the tempo. This is a really fun deck and even at points when i am behind I know i have cards in the deck that will save me. Since i made these changes my win percentage has skyrocketed! Great deck!
I always knew thrall looked like a monkey. Turns out he was!
Works well with
-1 Bloodlust
-1 Dr. Boom
+1 Rockbiter Weapon
+1 Al'Akir the Windlord
Don't like the addition of Nerubian Egg so I added Haunted Creeper
Yesterday, I went 10-0 with this deck; today I went 0-6. Yesterday it seemed this deck couldn't lose, now it seems ineffectual in a way similar to Totem Golem. This has happened to me a couple times with fringe decks, must be something in Blizzard's matchmaking. Got embarrassed by a Dragon Priest and 2 Patron Warriors especially---after my initial early game got killed off, I had all these ineffectual totems with no attack sitting on the board which would instantly get killed. Felt like a chump. Going to have to downvote this today where yesterday I was singing its praises. Might be a good deck to climb the ladder up to 11-12, but you'll have to switch to a top tier deck from then on. This is not a top tier deck.
I think it's meant to climb the ladder...well the Shaman don't really have any top tier decks to begin with :(
i Hit rank 1 with it.... you can easily climb ladder with it if you play it correctly
Love the deck, wery fun to play, went 6-2 so far. Is thre any chance of in-deep guide coming for this deck ?
Testing it with -1 Earth Shock -1 Loatheb +1 Rockbiter Weapon +1 Haunter Creeper, pulled me from rank 13 to 11 in 7 games or so.
Loatheb is there to prevent the AOE that completely wrecks this deck on the crucial turns 6-8. If you get a lot of minions on board with board control---the win condition of this deck---you drop the Loatheb and hope you have Mukla's Champion or Bloodlust for the big buff next turn, or maybe the Dr. Boom waiting in the wings to punish a future AoE turn.
I replaced Zombie Chow with Dragon Eggs , It seems to work.. I'm getting wrecked by Handlock 70% of the time, Am i playing it wrong or it's just hard to deal with handlock with this deck?
This deck works. Good job
Having great success with this cheap deck, currently on a 10-0 streak that pushed me up to rank 11. I've beaten Secret Paladin with this deck and Dragon Priest. This deck is great at gaining (and re-gaining) early board control and then bursting down the opponent. At first I thought Bloodlust was the big whammo win condition, but I've won in many ways with this deck. The wins have to come from turns 7-12, you won't outlast a Control Warrior or a Handlock deck, so keep that in mind and deciding whether to use Bloodlust for major face damage on turn 6 or trading to maintain board control. Pretty much every card serves a role in this deck and has synergy. For example, the silence from the Earth Shock spell has won me some games for powerful Deathrattle cards (Piloted Shredder, Sludge Belcher) and various taunts and others. Only downside to this deck is lack of card good draw (only Azure Drake and Mana Tide Totem), but that's a widely know Shaman issue.
The one change I made was because I didn't have a second Lightning Storm, so I put in a Forked Lightning, which actually won me a game, so it works well with this deck, too. I almost want to get rid of the Lightning Storm altogether for Forked Lightning, because if you're using 3 mana + 2 overload to clear the board with Lightning Storm, the game is likely already over. Forked Lightning is only 1 mana with 2 overload, meaning, if used on turn three you can still drop 1 of several card in this deck on turn 4, or at worst hero power for a totem. Anyways, this is a great deck you can definitely win with as I have seen. All these votes can't be wrong for all the naysayers.
What about Bloodmage Thalnos over 1x Earth Shock?
Craft Boom, not just for this deck boom is in every deck.
