Hey guys ! So as u know today is the last day of the season and I decided to reach Legend. I was thinking which deck could do it faster and without many problems and then this deck popped ;P
Yeah its not anything special with just 2 TGT cards , but it works so why not try it yourself :)
From rank 2 to Legend it took me like 2-3 hours . I faced a lot of secret pallys and freeze mages so Flare was simply AMAZING !

Ok lets make mulligan guide (im doing this for 1st time , hope it will be useful to you ) :
1st lemme start with the basics , cards u always want to keep in hand no matter what :
(Webspinner, Knife Juggler, Hauted Creeper, Mad Scientist, Animal Companion with coin +2drop)
Against Mage :
Mech/Tempo - Hard mulligan for basic cards listed above , and imo Bear Trap is worth keeping , also Unleash The Hounds if are with the coin , Eaglehorn Bow if u have 2 drop or coin , but Annoy-o-Tron can fck you up so keep that in mind
Freeze - Here u can look up for Owl and Shredder if u are with coin and 2 drop. U need early minons or Bow who can kill Acolyte without giving him too much value . Try to Owl his doomsayer , Flare IB and tbh u are in favor in this matchup so it should be easy win
Against Warrior :
Patron/Control - Ok u need to be rly aggressive here , always kill/silence Armorsmith and keep Eaglehorn Bow for Acolyte. I think in both matchups u need to hit face hard and hope he cant stabilize . U can keep Animal Companion here .
Against Druid :
You can Keep Shredder with Coin, Hunter's Mark bcz of crazy innervates early , otherwise hard mulligan for basics
Shaman :
I will talk about Midrange Shammy only , bcz i havent seen mech long time ago - Here its all about the early game dominance , so if u have Webspinner u can actually keep Hunter's Mark for his Totem Golem and get early board then just keep clearing till u get Savannah or other big creature to crush him . Also keeping Freezing trap is not bad , for the same reason as Hunter's Mark , but ill talk about Trap in a special section below .
Priest :
Dragon priest - I love priest , but i hate this deck , its so OP and easy to play , I prefer harder priest decks , but anyway try to get Knife Juggler so u can deal with Cleric. So the thing here is to know when u can go face , most of the times its better to trade bcz he can easily clear everything.
Other priests - I dont see them often , but it should be easier , because they cant compete on the board that much , just care for Wild Pyromancer crazy combos.
Against Pally :
Secredin - Harder matchup , u can keep Flare if u have good curve , but hard mulligan for basics + Unleash The Hounds
Midrange - Easy win , above 80% win ratio
Against Hunter :
SmorcHuntard - hard mulligan for basics and always kill Juggler. This matchup is like 50/50 if he gets insane draws u cant do a shit ;( He will just smorc , smorc. Try to race him when u get the Savannah on board . Or if u see them often u can change Ram Wrangler for Belcher , or King of Beasts.
Ok now about Traps :
This is something i cant explain u need to play a lot to understand when its good to keep them in hand . My advice is if u keep them do it against Shammy and Priest.

Well the meta shifted , so i recommend playing this deck on higher ranks or to make few changes , like removing quick shot and ram wrangler for belcher, loatheb or smth like that. Just see where u lack , early game , late? And make some changes :)
Bad luck but I got destroyed using this on the ladder. I could never keep up, lacked the draws of my competitors and never drew flare when it would be useful.
I won one match against a shaman and lost against freeze mage, secret paladins, face hunters, a control warrior and zoo. :-/ They ripped me a new one, while I sat there wondering why I couldn't keep up with their damage, or draw the right cards when I needed them.

Try adding another Flare if you're having problems with secret paladin.

this is more or less the same deck i used to obtain legend my self with a few changes, -1 ram wrangler, -1 stranglethorn tiger, -2 knife juggler +2 mukla's champion and +2 king's elekk.
beast ... stealth ensures the damage next turn.. most times anyway... thats about it
It is a beast with stealth, very difficult to remove while stealthed and sometimes you just need one for Kill Command. In last season we had a lot of patron decks, so Loatheb was used a lot more.
I'm running your deck. Hunter is a big threat in the current meta due to Flare and the cancer trap decks. Ram Wrangler can be played in a lot of situation with a good response in my opinion. My big problem is against agroo, I don't know if explosive trap could be add or freeze trap can handle.
I change:
- Houndmaster [card]Stranglethorn Tiger[/card]
+1Defender of Argus Stampeding Kodo
I think in the early ranks these changes are understandable . I'll try myself running -1 Freeze , +1 Explosive and maybe -1 Ram Wrangler, +1 Belcher/Loatheb
Explosive Trap is a good answer against aggro because it kills small minions, countering Unleash the Hounds and Muster for Battle.
Wouldn't loatheb be better than the stranglethorn tiger ? sine you're running a midrange hunter ?
If u want Loatheb i suggest you to play him instead of Ram Wrangler

What about adding King's Elekk?
I tried running 1 without much success. I managed to play it on turn 2 in 9 games out of 13 and lost the joust in 7 of them. Even against aggro decks I got mostly jousters of equal cost.
If u want to run King's Elekk u need to make different deck . It just not fit in this deck.
