EDIT: ty for the upvotes! More details on how playing this deck are coming! Meanwhile, enjoy the climb!
Hello there, i'm MIragent!
So... Shamans. TGT gave shamans 3 insanely strong cards: Totem Golem, Tuskarr Totemic and the allmighty Thunder Bluff Valiant.
Since the release of TGT i tried to forge a working decklist for shaman with those 3 cards. But the more i played the deck, the more i realized one thing about shaman. Once you fall behind on board, it's all OGRE over: the midrange decklist i was running had very little comeback potential. It struggled to recover board control while playing from behind. I knew it needed something.
The star: Knife Juggler
This card is the mvp of the deck. It basically turns your hero power into a random ping. Your Tuskarr into a snoballing machine. Your Haunted Creeper into a suicide bomber. Early game is a threat, if left unanswered he can win the game for you by himself. Late game he is an arcane missile with a body. Simply amazing.
The spice: Totemic Might
What's stronger than a Totem Golem? A buffed up Totem Golem ofc! Totemic Might was crap before TGT, because all of your totems did basically nothing. Now, with cards like Totem Golem and Thunder Bluff Valiant, this is no longer true: your opponent is forced to remove your totems each turn, or they will crush him. Totemic Might makes the job harder!
Mulligan:
Try to always keep Totem Golem in your opening hand: mulligan HARD for it, all the times.
Against control is fine to keep Knife Juggler. Keep it if you also have an Haunted Creeper in your opening hand.
Against aggro always keep Haunted Creeper.
Versus midrange decks always keep Rockbiter Weapon. Mulligan away the rest.
Tech cards:
Vs an aggressive meta consider -1 Argus +1 Zombie Chow
Vs a REALLY slow meta (LOL) consider -1 Storm +1 Big Game Hunter
*positioning tips and tricks coming soon!

Love this deck. however feel its lacing a bit of punch to finish wuth out bloodlust or like a crackle or something that can target the hero
Wow this deck is epic
Great deck. I don't have Dr. Boom... Also using Haunted Creaper.
get them... u need them . if not 2 x Nerbuin eggs could work
Flame Juggler is a good replacement for filling the curve instead of Haunted Creeper, although Loatheb is very difficult to replace you can sub in Stranglehorn Tiger in the meantime, but I highly suggest that you get them asap
Im having serious issues with this deck, the opening game falls flat hard and im unable to recover.
I am a non-believer in 'Mulligan hard' for wat you need as mulligan very often fails with any deck. But I will tell you this, if you happen to get 'Juggler in your opening hand, 100% keep it! Wait until you draw your Creepers & 'Tuskarr, then you drop them and the very next turn you drop 'Juggler with your Hero Power and it is all over for who ever you face.
This deck is extremely hard to pilot as it takes a lot of practice and is very unforgiving of even minor mistakes. But once you get the hang of when to play your 'core cards, you can very often win games by turn 6-7 and with a few minor adjustments take this deck to the long game with Control decks.
I switched one 'Valiant, the 'Totemic Might & 'Mana tide for two "Belchers & 'Wind Lord so that I could go the long game if need be and it has worked out great. Just keep practicing the deck and after playing about 55-75 games with it, you will run over Hunters, Pallies & Druids like nothing.
This actually depends. I have seen people pulling the totemic might off splendidly, and they also had double healing totems on the field, making trying to kill the totems a big pain in the ass. Next comes Thunder Bluff Valiant to buff them all up and wreck my face...
But I do get your point that Totemic Might seems pretty underwhelming.
It's because it's an experimental deck. You'll def get to around rank 17-15 on ladder, but after that you're gonna have to use stuff that actually wins games against other good decks.
Did you actually climb with this deck all the way this season? Also, what rank are you at this season? Thanks
I cannot believe I am about to say this but, this deck works great against the current Meta. On paper it looks like shit, but in a battle on the board it wrecks every popular deck from 'Secret Paladin, all the way to 'Token Druid. I play on NA and no one expects me to drop a juggler onthree after playing a creeper.
The only three changes I made were replacing 'Mana Tide, Totomic Might & one Valiant for two 'Belchers and 'Windlord. Windlord is great in this deck as he has tonnes of synergy with 'Flametougnes and 'Rockbiters. I just found that the 'Mana Tide & especially the 'Totomic Might were way too greedy for this otherwise sweet ass deck, great job mate.
I like the look of this deck! How is it doing against the cancer on the ladder atm, MiragentHS?
Wow nice results, and thanks for the tips too! I love the Shaman, and I have been having a blast post TGT!
Even tho you don't have Neptulon in your deck list, he has been a lot of fun these days (always has been before), because of the Murloc Knight! Good times, and have you tested him out?
Haha yeah last night I played Neptulon and got a Murloc Knight...played the Knight and hero power...he gave me a second Murloc Knight ;)
The other player had no answers so late in the game, and it was a big win! Thanks for your feedback and quick replies! Can't wait to test your deck out tonight
On NA, this deck is wrecking Cancer bro, the only Cancer deck that has given me a hard time is the 'Pirate Rogue deck, and that is only because it is a straight the the face, no trading at all retard deck. People who pilot that deck will not even try to clear your 'Jugglers, it truly is a deck for people who have gone full "retard".
Thanks for the info, FrankDeanSmith!
great mid range deck- Totemic might occasionally draws and just makes a strong board that much stronger and stickier. Nice.
Seems like a great deck! I hade the same idea the other day but didn't have the time to try it out. I'll definitely try yours though.
I like this variation of totem shaman. Totemic Might really helps out a lot but i replaced Gormok the Impaler with Draenei Totemcarver
How useful is gormok?
