[Full Guide coming soon!]
Watch me take this deck to Legend on my stream!!! http://www.twitch.tv/ur_mom_on_my_pp
This is a slow control-ish combo deck that takes advantage of the opponent's lack of silence! Your central win condition is surviving long enough to get Dreadsteed out onto the board. The deck runs a massive amount of healing to keep you alive.
2 x Antique Healbot + 2 x Sacrificial Pact + 2 x Siphon Soul = a whopping 32 points of lifegain.
Card Choices:
Since we will be getting Dreadsteed on the board for most of the game, we will want to take advantage of Demon synergies. Voidcaller is put into this deck to provide value in playing our other demons.
Malganis is our finisher and is intended to be placed on a board already populated by Dreadsteed.
Baron Rivendare is another essential that works with the other synergy at play in this deck: Deathrattle! Playing this after getting a Dreadsteed on the board is insane value and makes it impossible for the opponent to get true board control without massive silences. He can work well for use with our other Deathrattle minions as well.
Sacrificial Pact is amazing value when used on Dreadsteed. It allows us to use maintain board control while healing for absolutely no mana cost :)
Mortal Coil is used to efficiently continue to draw cards either by removing aggro cards such as Leper Gnome or on our beloved Darksteed.
Matchups & Mulligans:
coming soon
i know void crusher is absolute trash but in my dreadsteed deck i get a lot of success using him he just keeps destroying dreadsteed sometimes himself lol and what about anima golem seems perfect in this deck
Dreadlock, the next Patron Warrior? Seems like it. While Patron Warrior has immense burst potential, a Dreadlock can generally keep the Patrons under control enough so that Patron Warrior will only win if the Dreadlock gets bad draws, or Dreadsteed gets silenced.
Random thought, would a Youthful Brewmaster or two work on this deck? When you have a good amount of Steed, rather than killing off your Baron or Kel, why not return him back to your hand in case of a silence spree?
In the many games that I have played, I've only had my Dreadsteed silenced once. Most decks are not running more than one or two and with a board full of Dreadsteed it becomes unfeasible for the opponent to silence them all.
Protip: try to make sure you don't have a full board of Dreadsteed. You literally can't play another minion if you do.
Yes, its recommended to keep a Nerubian Egg or Sludge Belcher on the board so that you can kill off Baron Rivendare as necessary.
Watched him play a variety of opponents. Did well under a variety of situations. Only eboladin gave him a loss.
he destroyed me with this deck and i await the mulligan guide so i can check it out
