Would love to see vid of you playing this deck on ladder.  

I have been trying to put together a dreadlock deck for the past week, and have not found anything that can survive the current meta.  I tried what Savj, and Kripp played, I tried the undertaker version, I tried heavy heals, heavy taunts.  With a plethora of fast pallys, tempo mages, face hunters and druids, I have not found a viable dreadsteed deck for the ladder.

I thought I might have found it yesterday, putting in 2 molten giants and 2 def of argus--allowing me to take damage while developing the combo, then taunting giants and healing to start "phase 2" of play with steeds, but trying it on the ladder dropped me from rank 5 to 8. 

I honestly don't see how your deck could climb the current meta with a single healbot and no sacrifical pact.  Your hellfire, abomination and Baron hit your face also.  Have you been playing it on ladder?

I want to make this deck, but I would need to craft:

1 Doomsayer, 2 Anima Golems, Deathwing, and Baron Gedon (4.4k dust)

Very interesting deck, just wondering if worth the dust b/c I really want to play it.

Oh I know this is more of a fun deck :P. If I were to craft the Anima Golems it would mostly be used for these types of situational (dreadsteed/deathrattle) decks. My main question is whether crafting Deathwing and Baron is worth it.

Baron Geddon is a staple in Control Warrior and control decks overall. Rapes Shaman and rapes aggro paladin in general. Deathwing is a card that I like to use occasionaly, he can definitely be a game changer and grant your victory, but in all other cases the opponent cant BGH him or polymorph or hex you lost value. If played only on fatigue it's a great card. Deathrattle Shaman or even Facehunter, when you're in topdecks and the game drags to turn 10, what better topdeck than Deathwing? None.

But there's a lot of better legendaries you should craft before deathwing, including baron geddon, ysera, sylvanas, tirion, antonidas & even Malygos.

So it might be better to craft baron, but not deathwing what do you suggest as a replacement?

This is a pretty fun deck! I ended up with 6 dreadsteeds on the board thanks to baron. Playing deathwing at that point was awesome. I like watching a herd of dreadsteeds refill the board.

What happen if you face a frost mage

Try and get jeraxus out as a body. The dreadsteed are steady dmg, hope you fill the board quick.

Please. So many up-votes for a deck that will definitely not work. Imagine the inconsistency.

Your opener after full mulligan is Malganis, BGH, Siphon Soul. Your next 3 draws are, Sylvannas, Abom, Dreadsteed. You play Abom on turn 5 with 14 life, it gets silenced, you die next turn.

Great deck if you like beating yourself.

Do you know how it feels when you have 4 dreadsteed out... Opponent plays Varian....gets the Dream. Ysera, Grommash and Ragnaros.

And I got what in my hand? Twisting Nether? whats that.

To answer my question for you...no you dont. and with that attetude you never will.

Dreadsteed will never happen. Btw why would I play Anima Golem + Dreadsteed turn 10 when I can play giant turn 4? It makes no sense. The deck is cute and all but it's really bad. It's so freaking slow my grandmother could outrun it.

I am not saying it is any better from giant at turn 4 or this deck will ever succeed, but you dont need turn 10 to make the Dreadsteed + Anima Golem combo. You just throw dread at turn 4 or 5 and he will stick to the ground. Not gonna leave until silenced. That will let you throw your anima at turn 6 or even turn 5 with coin. Not THAT slow a deck, just a little slow. And maybe if comboed with Baron Rivendare Sea Golem would also fit there aswell. Might be a fun troll deck.

you need the secondAntique Healbot and 2 Sacrificial Pact to make this work otherwise you will just die - and sacrificial pact is "THE COMBO PIECE" for the Baron Rivendare Dredsteed turn

This is actually pretty feasible.

No place for power overwhelming/ shadowflame, or is it too much board wiping already? XD

OMG i just now realize the dreadsteed and anima golem syngergy!!!! it would be amazing if someone could pull that off!!
