Sub out Loatheb possibly or input a stablemaster or a second hounds depending on how you like to run hunter.

Early game can be rough, usually go for webspinners, haunted creepers, mad scientist, animal companion, eaglehorn bow or even the ironbeak (n case of early deathrattles, taunts, inspire mechanics)
