I. About Wilfred Fizzlebang

First, I really think Wilfred Fizzlebang is not quite playable card. I mean a body 4/4 + a random card of your deck at 0 mana cost Turn 8, I don't think it's interesting.
It may have a place if you have Emperor Thaurissan turn 6 and then turn 7 play Wilfred Fizzlebang + Tap, the opponent might not have the ressource to handle Thaurissan then Fizzlebang, but these are Unique cards so have both of them on curve will be pretty rare.

But I'm a cards player (guess which one !) and in Hearthstone I will never disenchant a card (because a card can be bad but become good with new synergy or considering the meta) so I have to consider get it and may be use it. Here come the idea of the no tempo deck using Fizzlebang.

II. Unreleased Cards and guessing about The Grand Tournament

With the revealed card i think this deck isn't viable so i bet on new demon/warlock card with Inspire or Hero Power synergy. So i don't think using Lowly Squire and might not using Maiden of the Lake.

Guess about the card that can be great :
Lowly Squire slot : a 1-2 mana Demon 3/1, Inspire: get Immune until the end of the turn. Or 2-3 mana 1/5 with "Take 1 less damage using Hero power" + "When you using  your Hero Power deal 1 damage to this minion"
Maiden of the Lake slot : a 4-5 mana Demon 3/3, Inspire: deal 1 or 2 damage to all non-Demon minions. (Demonwrath is not really used so Blizzard may want to give it a body)

Ok, i stop expecting new card now ... let see the deck !

III. Not Tempo deck

So the new mechanic with The Grand Tournament is to use differently the Hero Power and we can think deck in a really different way because abuse of Hero Power is in fact playing less card on curve. This can be pretty interesting and i try to build this deck in this on mind.

As the name say it's pretty obvious i'm trying to use the Alarm-o-Bot as a main card, because it's pretty funny and because it feels terribly alone (the one mech nobody play). Obviously the point is to get Wilfred Fizzlebang quickly on the board and then get the other mighty cards as Ragnaros the FirelordYseraMal'Ganis

Until this moment you need to get the board control and protect the Alarm-o-BotFelguard can do the job the once, because you are not looking for a tempo play you don't need that Mana Crystal you need only enough to tap and play removal card (classic list of them). For the rest of early game you can use the "Lowly Squire slot card" and Voidwalker + Demonfire, Imp Gang BossDefender of Argus and "Maiden of the Lake slot card", etc.

III. Card choices and replacement

- Garrison Commander : It's here more for a combo stuff with Wilfred Fizzlebang it's can be replace by another card related to Hero Power not reveal yet or a second Imp-losion

Frost Giant : The deck is about Hero Power, it can be a pretty strong card, Fizzled or not.

Justicar Trueheart : You definitely want this card to be the first drawn by Wilfred Fizzlebang because for 0 mana this card is definitely good ! (wait what, every card is good for 0 mana, ... damn). It's a body 6/3 so the opponent as the handle it pretty quickly but this card is only there to let you survive your Hero Power, i think a second Antique Healbot can easily replace it.

Depend of the next revealed cards if the "Maiden of the Lake slot" is not really interesting, Emperor Thaurissan can be include to this list.
