UPDATE: A lot of different people are asking about subs, taking the deck in a different direction, etc. From what I've noticed, there is a lot of power and flexibility in the token engine; I've even been able to keep up with Control Warriors and other lategame decks with the current aggressive variant. Here's what I consider the token "shell", and you can use this to build your own variants. Card explanations on that deck page.

UPDATE: Some people asked me about a budget version. Below is a version where I cut all the non-adventure epics and legendaries except Quartermaster. Quartermaster is very important in this deck; if you don't have 2 Quartermasters, I would recommend playing something else.

UPDATE: TGT IS LIVE NOW! Feel free to let me know if you test this deck, all feedback is welcome.
First impression: actually better than I thought, Murloc Knight is super good so I'm putting him in, Maiden of the Lake is actually great in conjunction with Quartermaster and Inspire cards and very difficult to remove. Changing list accordingly.
With all the heropower-centric cards being released, you can easily fill up the board card-efficiently using Paladin's hero power, then buff your minions to push damage. Your opponent will have to use boardwipes on recruits in order to prevent a huge Quartermaster turn, but you'll just bring them back.
Then, there are several large threats that synergize with all the token generation. If you have a good board of tokens, dropping a Sea Giant or Frostwolf Warlord can make your opponent choose between single-target removal or AoE. Either way, you win.
If you have any thoughts, feel free to post them in this thread
I realize this is a pretty expensive deck, so subs for f2p-ers/people without a huge collection:
-Bolvar and Justicar -> 2x Stormwind Champion
-Sea Giant -> Volcanic Drake
-Garrison Commander -> Haunted Creeper
-No subs for Dr. Boom or Quartermaster
Mulligan
Played enough games with this yesterday to have a rough idea of how to mulligan. Sorry for the weird format, but this is roughly how I think about it. Subject to change if the meta does.
Equality - Only keep vs Druid in case he innervates out something big, and even then ditch it if you don't already have a good curve.
Shielded Minibot - Best 2-drop in the game, always keep.
Coghammer - keep if you already have a good turn 2 play, otherwise toss it.
Muster for Battle - always keep
Warhorse Trainer - keep if you have no good turn 2 play so you can hero power and trade the token up. Even if you lose the token it's a solid 2/4
Consecration - Always Keep vs Warlock and Hunter. Keep vs Shaman and Mage if you already have a strong starting hand.
Garrison Commander - keep if it's your only 2-drop, don't worry too much about comboing him.
Knife Juggler - Always keep, unless you're holding 2 Shielded Minibots or something
Silver Hand Regent - keep if you curve into it
All other cards - never keep

Pretty fun deck to play! Although i replaced Dr. Boom with Bolvar Fordragon and put 2x Sludge Belcher instead of 1 Quartermaster and 1 Sea Giant which i don't have.
I don't really have an interest in making a deck guide, but here is the token deck I have made with many tweeks. It was pretty much the first deck I made upon launch (aside as mentioned the tweeks):
Edit: Just wanted to clarify that I am not looking to outshine the author in this post. He can claim this deck for all I care. Just thought I would share and see what people thought.
Update: This deck is amazing played 2 games (Didn't have much time) against Mage and Hunter and game was over before turn 6, I crafted Quartermaster because hobgoblin didn't work with muster.
I have all the cards except one Quartermaster (I can craft one but I am not sure) so I have replaced it with hobgoblin or whatever his name is and fencing coach with tirion, what you say about the changes. I am going to give this deck a run tommorow. Played against this kind of deck and things got pretty insane once Justicar Truehart hit the ground. And Combo of Mukla's Champion was very good. I had to concede eventually.
i kind of regret crafting the two quartermasters, tbh the decks is good but has a very BAD match up against cancer huntard which just floods everywhere atm, maybe in a format where huntard is banned (or has fair cards) it can compete but otherwise i don't see it being viable
I dont have Tirion so I switched him for Sneeds.
I though about using ragnaros instead but i am not sure.
Any tips?

Can someone explain me why dont run Hobgoblin in this deck? Nobody proposes it...
Thanks!
Because there are literally zero 1 attack minions in the deck. Hobgoblin only gives his buff to minions you play from your hand, not tokens created by card effects.
any experiences on ladder with it ? anybody ?
I climbed from about rnk 16 to rnk 9 with it so far. I'm starting to find that the meta is not friendly to this deck in the single digits, but for climbing up to that point it has been working great for me.
I opened 2 garrisons and already owned a coghammer, what would you sub for Sea Giant, Tirion and Boom specifically?
2x Frostwolf Warlord and a Stormwind Champion.
Thanks, can't wait to try the deck.
This deck gets smashed from pretty much every other deck, you need an almost perfect curve to get ahead and win.
Haha, I tried making a token deck and ended up with almost exactly this decklist, I dont run cult master, garrison commander and tyrion (as I dont have the last two), but ive added a healbot, two tuskarrs and 2 aldors
lool.. funny op

Step 3) ???
Step 4) Profit
Have you considered Gormok? It works so well with cards like Muster and the theme in general, or do you feel 4-spot is already crowded enough? Seems really strong, only reason I'd consider it.
Justicar needs to be in this deck. Already used him a few times with successful games.
LOVE this deck, but I have my own tweeks:
- ANY giant
+ Tirion
Why? Honestly, with the massive spam with tokens and the easy buffs for it, I didn't find the need for hard hitting mobs. Tirion was good enough especially with its deathrattle weapon.
- Murloc
+ Lay on Hands or Antique Healbot
Why? I know that's a huge gap on mana difference, but I think that Murloc is not only random, but being a bit greedy in this deck. Not only that, this deck doesn't have survivalbility and I would think Lay on Hands or an Antique Healbot should suffice (I prefer LoH).
?? (iffy) on Garrison Commander
Why? I actually don't have it, but I haven't come across the need to ping twice in one game. Muster x2, Silver Hand Regeant, and Justicar is really all I need
?? (iffy) on Maiden of the Lake
Why? Not sure how I feel about this. I run two, but there have only been a few times where I've actually made use of it's -1 mana token cost more than once.
Agree with basically everything you say. I still run MoL as well, but I do occassionally feel like she might be replaceable.
I totally disagree. Yes, Frost Giant is more reliably cheap, but he still takes time to build up. Sea Giant can hit the board super early with the right conditions, and can sometimes win you games just because of the board state.
