This deck plays around vomiting your entire hand up to 7 creature max into the board on the same turn, using Summoning Portal.
Emperor Thaurissan + Summoning Portal -> 3-mana creatures cost zero.
See vomit deck idea forum thread for more info.
This version of the deck suffers much more changes. It's no longer based on handlock style of play, getting rid of Mountain Giant and Twilight Drake. Those cards played anti-synergy with this deck. You couldn't just throw everything from your hand on the board, because Mountain Giant will cost too much then. It benefitted from portal very little, it required to tap in early game to be effective.
We don't get rid of giants completely, tho. We still fall low on HP and use Molten Giant as comeback tech, but now we use token-generating cards with Sea Giant.
As deck became faster overall (more Zoo-like), i didn't feel like it ever needs two portals. It runs off steam with them. I replaced one portal with one Cult Master. It have nice synergy with tokens and with Void Terror, and can be played with portal to give both tempo and card advantage swing.
Some edits been made, but nothing from "core" cards were taken.
Why is sacrificial pact in the deck? Other than that, it looks like a lot of fun and I am excited to try it out. Just one more question though, how much success have had with this deck on ladder?
I'm currently at ~12 and actively climbing (was at ~16 when made this deck), and have really big winrate (can't say how much precisely, but it feels like around 2-3 wins per 1 lose). It sucessfully kills facehunters and tempo decks (huge tempo swing when you cheat giants for cheap or free, then taunt up or heal to survive), kills midrange decks (Shadowflame whole board for win), is okay against control(you apply some real big pressure) and combo (tho if I see more patron decks, I will change Demonwrath for Hellfire).
Sacrificial Pact is the third healing card. As we play around Molten Giant, we need ways to heal up after we put it on the battlefield. There aren't much options in warlock to do that: you can put Earthen Ring Farseer, but you may face 7-creature limit with that, and outside of cost reduction, it costs too much for healing it provides. Siphon Soul is costs even more. Mistress of Pain don't have charge to heal you same turn it's played. Warlock legendaries cost too much to be reliable (you may need Shadowflame the same turn to win, or taunt up).
So there isn't too much options really. The only bad side of this card is that it needs some demon to be destroyed, which we have in plenty with Imp-losion and Imp Gang Boss. And if we happen to run against other warlock - it's the best spell ever.
