Hello guys i reached legend with patron warrior proof http://imgur.com/MqHvDNf,vDJIyoz#1
if it gets 20 upvotes detailed guide
So some tips before the mathup mulligan are that this deck is very op has no really bad matchups. Also i dont run loot hoarders cause i think they are bad cause the 1 hp dies to hero powers
Warrior:Control depends if he has brawl or no.Keep axe death bite if you have the coin armorsmiths and acolytes
Patron if you know its patron keep patron and all of your weapons in your starting hand this matchup is whoever gets the combo first
Shaman:Midrange keep weapons acolytes and armorsmiths always if you dont have the coin dont keep deathbite favored matchup especiallly with 2 lighing storms in the shaman deck
Mech:same mulligan with midrange but be carefull with your executes
Druid:keep axe always deaths bite if you have the coin and armorsmith you can also keep taskmasker with execute if you have them both in your starting hand also be carefull with your executes if its ramp druid cause you will need them for the ancient of war
Roque:always keep your weapons with or without the coin the only advice i have is to play arround double bladeflurry which is a lot of difficult
Paladin:always keep whirwind its really op also armorsmith takskmasker axe and deaths bite with acolyte are good favored matchups if he dont run 2 equality concetrates
Hunter:keep axe taskmasker and armorsmith you dont need something else to win
Warlock:ALWAYS keep axe vs zoo its about if you get the axe also double whirwind helps a lot
vs handlock you have to get a good combo with emperor and kill them with a lot of fronting bersekers
Mage:Mulligan HARD FOR AXE if you dont have it toss exerything else with coin keep slam
Priest:keep all weapons you can otk them with a good emperor combo
You forgot to add that 2 armor smiths is a 90% winrate against facetards, would get more views!
Patron warrior is very good, but if you don't have a fiery war axe in your hand in the first 2 turns when facing aggro... concede :/
i won 2 mill roques u get emperor value and you dont care how many cards you lose cause if you hand is 10 cards with emperor you win with warsong and bershekers whirwind
True. I play mill rogue too and emperor often ruins my day.
easy otk
Lightning storm is probably going to proc at least 1 GP... But for me that'd put it par, not favoured or unfavoured. That said, he thinks GP has no poor match ups, where Handlock is an awful match-up, so could be taken with a grain of salt :)
Any Shaman worth their salt is probably running some sort of Spellpower to avoid Lightning Storm suffering from RNG against Patron.
if you do a valuable battle rage you win
well, if a grim patrions deck draw perfect, it beat any other deck even if they have perfect hand, and if both of you have horrible hands you probobly win anyway. i dont think handlock is that bad, if you use dobbel Dread Corsair but its a hard matchup, were you need a huge combo to win.
if you dont know if its handlock or if its zoo, its a bit harder, because you dont know what to keep, and you can end upp playing Frothing Berserker on turn 3 vs a molagos lock, whit a zoo start. but if you know you play vs a handlock, you will always try to keep Execute and Emperor Thaurissan in your starting hand. cus this is the cards that can win you the game.
yep its good but i have no dust f2p player cut one pirate or slam
No Grommash?
i think that all the deck is fine dont know what to cut for him also sometimes its may be a useless card
you can play gromash for Dread Corsair or Slam
I had the same problem when I first started.
I came from Yugioh, and in Yugioh I loved fast aggro decks. However, I did best with decks that either spammed the board and did a ton of damage, or comboed and locked your opponent out of the match.
Patron fell under the second category and so I thought I knew what I was doing. It was almost similar to playing a deck called Infernities (won Yugioh worlds last year 6 years after being released), and honestly it only differed in a few key points.
I then took the deck apart and went through each and every card choice before playing the deck to understand what it's uses were. For example, Inner Rage I thought was just to proc a Patron, Battle Rage, or Acolyte, however now I realize it's more valuable to use it as hard removal if I can.
Just basic stuff like that is important, then play the deck in casual. 5 or 10 times isn't enough. You need to play until you know the combos down real well and can do it with your eyes closed. You need to figure out how to board clear and what does the most damage.
Hope I helped.

Same, but I was 4 then and my parents were fine with it. About 3 months after they bought me my first pack, I just randomly couldn't find any of my cards that i had used the day before and couldn't get on any websites.
Now my parents are fully anti game...
Who knows what the hell happened lol.
And I would recommend practicing the deck really. I'm not remotely comfortable with it, but I can still win with Patron.
Why Gnomish Inventor as opposed to Axe Flinger? Is the extra little bit of draw really worth it?
Edit: I ask a legitimate question because I didn't know the answer, and get down voted repeatedly. Not even just my question, literally every response I made in this thread got down-voted to -5. Won't bother asking anymore questions here.
havent tried but i will maybe although its not an aggro deck
Alright so the deck isn't aggro at all.
It's aggro control. Yes I realize the first part says aggro, but aggro control means you control the board/game/tempo until you can go aggro or burst to either lock your opponent out of the game or combo out for the win.
For Grim Patron, much like Miracle Rogue of old, you want to cycle. You want to just keep cycling. The damage will come naturally, the card draw however, will not. So in order to make best use of the deck, a Gnomish Inventor that replaces itself and provides a 2/4 body to trade with 1-2 smaller minions or push that little extra damage is a huge bonus.
You don't need a card like Axe Flinger because Patron Warrior can easily do 12 damage from no board and minimal mana, while a frothing + patron + warsong will win games on its own.
Well first of all I'd use aggro to get out of lower ranks. From rank 15 or even 16 you should be able to run Patron, but getting out of 20-17 is a pain in the ass.
For ironbeak I'd get rid of a Slam. Lot's of people have been running 1 slam and going for a tech option, I don't see why you couldn't do the same.
Don't forget Inner Rage can be used for Hard Removal
I'm assuming the reasoning behind this is because you are trying to reach combo and gnomish inventor helps dig your deck for the pieces while putting a small body on the board to deal with early aggression. Some times playing towards the decks purpose is worth more than a little bit of extra early dmg.
