Atramedes can be a real pain because his weapon keeps getting more deadly the more cards you play. At least you get 3 copies of Reverberating Gong on normal. If he can kill your Taunt minions he will attack them himself, doing a lot of damage along the way. Keep playing your Taunts and you should be able to outlast him.
