Hello all, my name is Vespera! I usually fluctuate around rank 5 every season and I wanted to share this deck with you all. Judging by the name, most of you are probably looking on with spiteful eyes, but make no mistake, this deck is definitely viable and a new take on the current iteration of cancer.
Playstyle:
The deck primarily functions as both an aggro and a midrange deck and it is this combination between the two that brings it so much success. You begin the game by playing aggro akin to the average face hunter. This lulls your opponent into making inefficient plays and using up key cards to clear your board. Then midgame your temposwings of Blackwing Corrupter and Drakonid Crusher will close out the game while putting the opponent on a clock with constant hero powers.
Mulligans:
Ideally, you want to throw away anything that isn't a 1 drop except for glaivezooka.
Synergy:
Most people would think that these two archetypes don't flow well together. However, that is not entirely true. Volcanic Drake and Hungry Dragon have natural synergy with Unleash for giant tempo plays. As well as Draconid Crusher has natural synergy with the hunter hero power, getting them to 15 health at about the time you can play it. Blackwing Corrupter can either kill a big threat or be used as an extra form of direct damage.
Last Words:
Currently climbing with this season with this deck and I've climbed from ranks 15 to 10 in about half an hour. I strongly urge you to give it a try if you want a new deck to try out. Surprisingly, this deck seems to have a good matchup against the average face hunter as well from my own experiences.
I meant to post my results sooner, but net cut off. I gave this deck a go for 20+ games. Flamewaker mage sets gave me a ton of problems and zoo seems more in their favor. Other face list can't deal with the dragons well so it eats them. Ramp driud and oil seems like an auto lost. Patron is a bit bothersome but I only fought one so I can't say. Any thoughts on what I should do vs those hard match ups?
I can second your results as I have had the very same. There is potential in this deck somewhere, but what needs to be included to make a good, I wonder?
Hi there! Glad you are trying the deck out! Honestly, I believe that the key point of playing this deck is knowing when to pressure the health total or whether to fight for board. I will agree that flamewaker is a very tough matchup as that deck is designed to eat any and all early game aggro, which nullifies 60% of your game plan. If you're facing a bunch of ramp druids, I suggest siding out a hungry dragon and/or a volcanic drake for some silences as that matchup is reliant upon whether your early game aggro can make a large enough push before they get their heavy taunts up as with any other face deck, however, because this deck plays heavier minions it has a slightly better matchup than the traditional variant. I think patron is a 6:4 matchup in the hunter's favor as they're only really dangerous at about turn 8 or so at which point you should have pushed quite a large advantage with which you can close off the game with. Though of course since it's an otk deck there will be times you lose due to unlucky variance. From my experiences against that deck, if you pressure them enough for them to clear you're board with patrons, unleash should close out the game.
At my ranks, 18-15, there are a lot of Mages that kill my little ponies..*cough* dragons with a vengeance not to mention my poor one drops. Nevertheless, it is fun to play and as my ambitions in this game are different from the main stream, I am fine with that, too. Of all my many decks, this will remain and will be worked on.

Deck looks nice and I have given it a try . Almost every time I encountered a Mage, I lost. Additionally, if you do not draw into the 1 drops, you are screwed as this deck has no card draw at all. Overall win rate is far below 50%, so I doubt your assertion of reaching legendary in no time.
Still, a very good idea and thank you for your efforts

Hi there! I'm sorry you didn't meet your expected results, but thanks for giving the idea a try! Also just pointing it out for reference, I never asserted I took this deck to legend in my post.
No, you did not, it was in another deck-post. Please accept my apologies.
Thank You
deck looks awesome gonna give it a try! Thnx for the deck!
what do you think for subbing a haunted creeper for jenkins?
Hi there! Glad you're giving this deck a try! Leeroy definitely gives this deck that extra reach that it may need in clutch moments, however, by giving up a haunted creeper you're giving up one of your 4 two-drop creatures and a possible early game glaivezooka target. It may not seem significant, but that early board can be quite essential in how the early stages of the game snowball. If I wanted to take out something for Leeroy I'd rather consider a hungry dragon or a volcanic drake as those can clog up your hand if drawn in multiples. Of course you're free to experiment with the deck as it is still far from refined. Please feel free to share your results as well! :)
