Edit:  Been trying so many different versions of dragon paladin and found lots of different builds for different situations, so I'm not going to update the decklist just yet.  Going to underline the new things added. Also added match up section.

This is a Paladin deck that out tempos your opponent with Dragon cards into a board that overwhelms your opponent.

This deck was fairly cheap too.  I wanted to make it using mostly BRM cards to keep the dust cost down, all of the more expensive cards have cheaper replacements.  Check the Card Choices section for replacements.

Mulligan

Against most decks, you want to mulligan for minions that cost 3 or less and Muster for Battle.  You want to keep Blackwing Technician even if you don't have a dragon, unless you have a better turn 3 play.  You should try to get a proactive hand with minions instead of removal even if you are facing a faster deck. I also recommend keeping Truesilver Champion in most matchups.

Face Hunter - If your have 2 cards to play in the first 3 turns (or 1 card to play in the first 2 turns with coin), you should keep Truesilver Champion since you will need all the healing you can get.  Seems like a bad match up though.

Warrior - Blackwing Technician is better than Muster for Battle as a turn 3 play because warrior decks have lots of 1 damage AoE.  Shielded Minibot is way better than Knife Juggler in the first turns too.  Aldor Peacekeeper and Truesilver Champion are great against Grim Patron Warrior.  If you are fighting more control warrior, I would add another Equality.

Zoo - Muster for Battle is harder for zoo to deal with than Blackwing Technician.

Mech/Tempo Mage Blackwing Technician is harder for mech mage to deal with than Muster for Battle.

Rogue - Same as Mech Mage, you don't need to keep Zombie Chow in this matchup since they don't have good turn 1 or 2 plays without coin.

Priest - Keep Truesilver Champion, and especially Knife Juggler.  They have no turn 2 play and Juggler contests their Northshire Cleric.  Your weapon kills off their turn 3 plays: Dark Cultist and Injured Blademaster.

Game Plan

You try to get board control early then you take favorable trades to turn your board advantage into tempo and card advantage with Volcanic Drake and Solemn Vigil to overwhelm your opponent.

The Blackwing cards really help you lock down your board lead and the spells in the deck help a lot when you are behind.  The deck runs out of steam pretty quickly without the draw, so cycle Blessing of Wisdom when needed but if possible, combo it with Dragonkin Sorcerer or Chromaggus.  We also have Nefarian as late game card advantage.

Dragon Consort is the star of this deck, playing him on curve lets you play a 6 mana Chromaggus, but I usually find myself playing a Dragonkin Sorcerer and Truesilver Champion, letting you develop a weapon and a strong creature in the midgame.

Tips

Don't cast Blessings on creatures that can't attack yet, they are best used offensively when you can immediately get value from them.  They are also great on Shielded Minibot due to the Divine Shield.

Blessing of Wisdom should be cast on whichever creature isn't highest priority target for your opponent.  For example, if you have a 5/5 and a 3/5 out, cast wisdom on the 3/5.

If you have only one midrange dragon in hand and two or more Blackwing cards, it is usually better to play out your Blackwings even if it not entirely mana efficient.

Equality is better for taking out 1 or 2 huge minions or when you are about to trade to get discounts on your cards.

Card Choices

Dragonkin Sorcerer - I like the synergy between this card and Blessing of Wisdom.  I don't like Hungry Dragon in this deck because if you don't have a weapon up, you have to spend minion attack on the 1 drop that spawns.  Worst case scenario is playing him on an empty board and not being able to deal with their 1 drop the turn it is summoned.

Blessing of Wisdom - This card is great because it makes one of your creatures a target, so if you have multiple targets, your opponent won't be able to deal with them all and have to decide between giving you card advantage, or board advantage through inefficient trades.  The card also works great with Chromaggus in the late game since you run out of steam later in the game.

After further testing I really enjoy having this card.  The one mana cycle is great and it divides your opponent's attention.

Blessing of Kings - Great card for taking a contested board.  It can make your little dudes into nice midrange threats and fits perfectly on curve with Muster for Battle, so it acts as another 4 drop in some games.  Good replacement for Quartermaster.

Harrison Jones - Good card in the current meta since I've been seeing lots of warrior and paladin.  Replace with either Acidic Swamp Ooze if you are facing lots of weapons or with any card that isn't a 2 of like Knife JugglerEquality, or Aldor Peacekeeper.

Nefarian - Good late game card that will refill your hand and has good synergy with the deck.  If you were to add him, I would remove a late game legendary like Dr. Boom.

Dr. Boom - He's Dr. Balanced.  He wipes your opponent's board with his little bots and still swings in for 7.  Good card for taking back the board.  The bots are very versatile and help Volcanic Drake and Solemn Vigil.

Aldor Peacekeeper - Great card for getting board advantage and being pseudo removal, I just don't have him and can't find a spot.  If you are having trouble with big creatures then this seems like a good choice.  He really makes dealing with big guys easier.

I've tried 2 but it made the deck a lot worse against aggro.

Quartermaster - Good for snowballing.  If you don't have one, add another Defender of Argus for more taunts or Blessing of Kings for more burst and an offensive presence.

Hand of Protection - Good card for taking favorable trades and combos with Dragonkin Sorcerer.  If you aren't fighting too many aggressive decks then I would consider switching out a zombie chow for one.

Statistics- I'm going to be posting the match up data for the deck from my trackobot data.  The data at least gives you a broad overview of what the deck is good against and what it is bad against.

I've been experimenting with so many types of dragon decks: faster, slower, more token based, more blessing based

Matchups (new section)

Zoo - Super good.  Your early game into Truesilver Champion or Consecration just destroys them and your midrange guys are big enough to eat their dudes and go toe to toe with Doomguard.  It's really important to not let them have anything on board.

Tempo Mage - 50/50. 4 drops are the key to beating them to deal with Flamewaker and Sorcerer's Apprentice cleanly.  If you are finding a lot of them, add Piloted Shredder.

Face Hunter - Awful. I tried a more token based deck here http://i.imgur.com/m98l7nb.jpg and it significantly improved the match up.  Haunted Creeper made it really easy to always have a two drop and it works great with Knife Juggler.  Replace the Frostwolf Warlord with Sea Giant if you have them.  I wanted to test a version that was better against BGH.

Warrior - Bad. I don't have a lot of experience playing warrior, so I don't really know how to make the match up better.  I would suggest running weapon removal and putting tons of pressure before it's too late.

Druid - Great.  We are fast enough that we can out tempo them early on and keep up the pressure with big creatures every turn.  Druids have no way of dealing with Midrange creatures without creatures of their own so cards like Truesilver Champion, and Blackwing Corruptor are amazing in this matchup.

Freeze Mage - Terrible Matchup.  I would suggest a different deck or just hate on them so hard with double Kezan Mystic, Antique Healbot, and Loatheb.
