Building on the suggestions of OP and various commenters, I won going away on the first try with:

In my game, I never played any ice secret and still finished with 20 health.  It can help to play nothing but your hero power for the first two or three turns.  If he's got nothing or little to play, your chances increase significantly.  If instead he comes out blazing while you defer, just restart.

Vicious Fledgling works miracles on this guy. Just get windfury and keep picking stealth, and use mirror image and frost novas to deal with his board. He can't target the stealthed fledglings. Got him on the second try with this card.

Replace Snowchugger with Demented Frostcaller and Molten Giant with Arcane Giant and it's fairly easy. The only time he traded was at the beginning the game to get rid of my frost elemental.

Worked really well. But i guess Animated Armor isnt necessary anymore, the Boss trades nowadays

Not really he isn't very smart still, aside from killing my flamewakers and frostcallers he ignored the animated armor and still went face.

"Do me trade? Nop! Me go face? Yup! Me retard? Nop! Me am smart"

Thats not true, he traded very smart and killed my Animated Armor immediately 

Well most of the bosses i fought with animated armor they ignored it completly so i don't know what to say

First try. just keep freezing his face and don't use ooze until his weapon is at 7 or more.

Thanks for this deck, got it second or first try :) I put Blingtron instead of a Molten in the deck, which actually won me the game since it destroys his good weapon, and also gives the mage one, in my case I got lucky, I got the 3/4 weapon that can attack minions as many times as you want each turn, so I cleared his board easily

Swapped out Snowchugger for Demented Frostcaller like @dutron suggested -- as well as Molten Giant for Arcane Giant. I ended up not needing either one. Great deck, thanks!

The AI doesn't ignore anymore the animate armor or any minion, it trade with all the minios that have frezze ability
