Mulligan for Lorewalker Cho, otherwise concede and start again. Ideally you also want health buff spells like Power Word: Shield and Divine Spirit, also keep one Inner Fire if you happen to get it.
Play Lorewalker Cho turn 2 and hope he doesn't die, if he does, restart (unless you can Resurrect him.
Keep buffing Lorewalker Cho's health, and let Chromaggus have the health buff spells so he will give them back to you. Keep doing this until you can 1 shot Chromaggus, or if he is threatening lethal you can Inner Fire Lorewalker Cho to control the board.
Tips: You can pass Brood Affliction: Green to Chromaggus to gain some heal, or Brood Affliction: Red to deal some damage. Note it is useless to pass the other Affliction cards since their effects still benefit Chromaggus when the cards are in his hand.

Whew, the deck did the trick after a few tries, thanks!
Funny enough, I never drew Lorewalker Cho. I started with a Northshire Cleric, buffed with double PW:Shields. Then got Light of the Naaru, and started ridiculously buffing a Lightwarden with Velen's, a Lightwell, and Divine Spirit and more Light of the Naaru until it was at 32 attack and over 20 health.
Over the entire game, the only afflictions that I played to get rid off were the mana cost reductions. I constantly had healing on him and damage to me (but the healing on him also buffs Lightwarden!). The "get an extra copy of each card" also wasn't too bad, at some point that just lead to him milling himself.
Chromaggus is such a beast! (actually, a dragon)
I am glad you have beaten him! Good job :)
Hey, thanks a lot! This deck actually worked after the 6th or 7th try! I had lots of trouble with this boss and I tried the recommended decks for literally hours. Of course you have to start off with a certain hand to win (cho and divine spirit) but after that its just a little bit luck dependent if he kills you or not before you have an 64/64 cho on the field. Quite honestly, the other recommended decks are much more luck dependent than this one, because with them you have to get godlike draws too, unlike this one.
I'm glad it works for you. :)
