Hearthpwn

Resurrect has bad synergy with twilight whelp, Vol'jin, blackwing technician, and twilight drake because they all come back alive unbuffed. I replaced Alextrasza with Ysera. Got rid of the Resurrects  and replaced them with cabals.

i dont have any cabals or ysera but its a good idea to lose the resurrects, they were the only ones hurting the deck. constantly getting whelps back

Had very, very little luck with this deck as it stands here. I made some changes and had more luck though. The changes were:

-Removed Resurrects (too dependent on RNG to be reliable with minions like Twilight Whelp in the pool)

-Added Bloodmage Thalnos for card draw in the early game

-Removed Rend Blackhand (just a bad card in my opinion. Way too dependent on way too many conditions to be reliable.)

-Added Vol'jin (plays a similar role to that which Rend would against legendaries, and also useful for general tempo whereas Rend is much less so. Works fantastically with Holy Nova)

-Added Dr. Boom (it's Dr. Boom.)

I'm having pretty decent success at the moment, however I'm considering swapping out Chromaggus for Ragnaros (Rag is useful in many more scenarios. I find Chromaggus only works to his full capacity when you're already very far ahead), and Bloodmage Thalnos out for either Shadowboxer or Shrinkmeister (Shrinkmeister would synergise well with Shadow Madness). Thalnos isn't as useful here as in some other decks as there are only two spells affected by him being around, and I find minions like Twilight Whelp and Annoy-o-tron are enough to keep things under control in the early game.
