Usually dig for hellfire, twilight drakes, sunfury protector. and encourage them to overextend.  Common to only tap until turn 4 even on the draw (coin more valuable in hand)  After turn 6, drop a fatty each turn and try to stem the damage you've been taking.  If you're ahead, Coin out Jaraxxus or Rag onto a clear board and win. Otherwise overwhelm the opponent with dirt cheap giants and large taunt drakes.

Make sure to stay above 15 if you can help it vs Mage. Use soul siphon. They can extend quickly over huge taunts.

You should note that once you Jaraxxus your Molten Giants will treat 15 as maximum health for determining casting cost.
