Well met!

(said it because Uther says it... get it? höhöhööh)

I am a swedish streamer at www.twitch.tv/silasftw that after about 1 month of adjusting finally found a really solid and good paladindeck.

Yesterday i went from rank 5 to legend with it. I didnt lose 2 times in a row until i were 2 wins from legend, thats how good it went  =).

MAINSTRAT!

For every game you almost everytime trade and keep boardcontrol, its very rare to go face, when to do this you will learn, for example if you are way ahead and sit with a eq/conc combo or have a sludge to protect your board and he used removals. I learned the hard way that being greedy and going face sometimes punished me hard. Dont worry mate, you have a strong deck that will win eventually =).

I get alot of questions about why i dont have Quartermaster, why i play argent protector and why no emperor.

Well Quartermaster is really imba if you get value from it, but its not necessary, i dont need to faceroll my opponents, i control the game and win anyway, also its really nice to see your opponents waste 10-15 dmg just to kill your small dudes ;>

Argent protector is alone pretty worthless (obviously) But he is a strong card early, mid and late if you get a good trade of him. He is really good early vs aggrodecks and he is the game-breaker when you trade for example a 5/5 into another 5/5 midgame.

Emperor did really win me some games, but he was also very situational. I kinda needed him in good situations, i replaced him with an antique healbot and my winrate increased ALOT, much thanks to beating all those damn facehunters!

I will update with tactics and different mulligans =)

General tactics -

I always mulligan for shielded minibot, zombie chow, muster for battle and truesilver champion.

I for example have the coin and no good drops i mulligan for a piloted shredder vs warrior/druid/shaman/paladin.

VS Paladin

Here i save concecration for a possible muster for battle removal asap. Not much to say here, its a mirror and sometimes a "coinflip" Really its not much to say here except keep trading =). Remember that he will probably have a quartermaster, you can lose pretty hard if he gets a "lucky" or patient MFB-->HP--->QM.

VS HUNTER (FACE)

This one i think you will find very interesting, it took me alot of time, losing, cursing, crying and ragequitting before actually beating facehunters frequently. First of all i took in antique healbot, a fucking lifesaver!

Learn to be aggresive here, you can actually scare him with alot of facedmg if you dont have really good trades. You obviously save shielded/zombie/muster but in desperate times you save a MCtech if you have sucky hand. If he shows he is a facehunter (leper/glaive/worgen) you shouldnt be scared to play peacekeepers for example if you have it in ur hand. Try to not have more then 3 minions on the board, cut ur losses (hp) and trade good but dont be afraid to hit face if its good (like a peacekeeper solo vs a haunted creeper = face) Its good if you get the truesilver and that is prio over a piloted shredder IF its not an empty board for the hunter. It heals you and also reduces the damage he does, if you trade like this he will run out of steam. Another keycard is the sludge belcher that you want to eventually draw. If you get either that or the antique you have probably won, if u have bad draws and dont get any of those 2 you are probably dead meat before turn 8. Even if he silences a sludge its an annoying 3/5.
