Enrage mechanics work pretty well against Garr's hero ability, so why not punish him with it?

Mulligan for: Frothing Berserker primarily. It might be useful to hang onto an Armorsmith or an Amani Berserker or even a Fiery War Axe. Sometimes Rampage is useful to keep if you already have Frothing Berserker in your hand.

How to win: Get Frothing Berserker on the field and keep him there. If you are able to drop Armorsmith to soak up a Lava Shock and then drop Frothing Berserker on turn 3, you pretty much won.  Whirlwinds help to accelerate Frothing Berserker so that you can crush Garr faster.

Why the other cards?: Since you must have 30 cards in a deck, the others either help you draw into your win condition cards (i.e. Slam, Battle Rage, Acolyte of Pain), mitigate the damage done by the Firesworn by causing them to die on separate turns, or are simply decent cards to help you out while you reach your win condition.
