I've played many games with this deck and win about 80% of the time (04/08/2015).
Everything else is somewhat optional. If you do not get a grim patron do your best to draw for it because it is your entire game. Kel'Thuzad is there to keep pesky Mages and Shamans from clearing your board. Play smart with this deck because it takes some thinking to get it right.
Ideal situation is that you have a death's bite on turn 4, use it on turn 4, play grim patron on 5 with an inner rage and then hit something with death's bite. You'll end the turn with 4 grim patrons on the board.
Your win condition is basically Warsong Commander, Grim Patron, and Commanding Shout. You can almost clear any board with this combo and still have tons of cards left over.
Optional: You can replace the shield block with a bouncing blade if you're feeling lucky. It usually works out very well, but you can get unlucky especially if you have 1 health grim patrons.
