As you've seen Grim Guzzler is one of the easiest bosses in adventure mode, just put your heavier cards in you deck and trade up.

Grim Guzzler's powerAll because of Grim Guzzler's power that let's you cast your most powerful minions for no mana. I've tried to go full legendaries, all heavy decks and this all mecha deck to form V-0L-TR-0N (VOLTRON) which has a nice animation and is really fun to play, not to mention hard to summon on a normal match.

You don't need all the cards mentioned here all you really need is: 

  • Mimiron's Head
  • Heavy Mechs

I used mage because of it's ability to control the board with spells, 10 or so spells would do. Just wait and relax while your opponent summons your mechs and wait for him to summon mimiron's head or when you have enough mana and if it's in your hand just be sure you have enough board control, or mechs in play, you can use your freezing spells to prevent him from managing your boards, he can't harm you if he's minions are frozen.
