This is a priest deck with 0 AOE designed to defeat Emperor Thaurissan.
The way the deck works is you must mulligan for a lightwell and then use divine spirit inner fire combo to rush him down whilst healing through all the damage he is throwing at your face. Pretty much ignore his creatures unless you have very good trades. MC Tech, Shadowmadness and cabal are plenty for removal and stealing of his creatures.
Other than that it is just a rushdown matchup where you absolutely must not allow Thaurissan's wife to die. He plays abomination and unstable ghoul. To get around these cards we have a couple of answers: silences are great and also power word shielding his wife is a good option if you do not have a silence in hand.
After reading lots of comments and doing testing -1 soulpriest and -1 troggzor and added 2x crazed alchemist! Thanks for the input guys!

Had to mulligan a few times but got a lightwell + divine spirit start...followed by an inner fire top deck. GG.
Beat it pretty easily with this deck. Thanks!
Faceless manip seems to be good in this deck too...oh...btw use it on his wife :X
First try. Starting hand was Inner Fire, Lightwell, and Divine Spirit. Proceeded to draw another Lightwell and Inner Fire. Even with Fiery Waraxe and Moira/fodder on board, they never once tried to trade.
Brilliant deck, thank you.
Must be horrible luck. 8 times, no win.
thx alot for the deck, its soooooo much fun, alittle bit late to the party, bt here is my Lightwell
My kill shot.
Seems like a very solid deck for this wing. Too bad I don't have all the cards.
Also, I don't get what's the Soulpriest for...O_o
First attempt: I used mind control tech and it stole his wife, then he killed his own wife and blamed it on me, then killed me. Not a very good husband imo
/edit she got her revenge. Next attempt he had exactly 3 health left and I used shadow madness on his wife to finish him off.
thx) win in 1st game)
Super easy with this deck, thanks. And so much fun making a 28/28 lightwell!
Seriously though, fuck this battle. So yeah, there's the taunt with AOE, sure, I can silence them (hopefully...) but this piece of shit plays a death's bite...WTF! And fuck this guy a second time for playing a warrior with Flamestrike...this battle is just a huge waste of time.
I'm pretty unhappy with the "expansions" Blizz has been putting out, the pricing is bullshit and the content is just faceroll easy and then RNG bullshit hard for no reason - and it's just not fun at all - but I still have to buy the thing cause it has the new OP cards and guaranteed legendaries.
This type of content makes me think twice about continuing to support this game though, between this crap and the RNG they want to put in, I'm not a happy camper lately, despite the core game being a lot of fun.
I almost had this on first try with this deck, just the damn MCT took his wife and he killed it. :(
Brilliant. Started off a bit rocky when I couldn't get the right hand in the first couple of turns (only have 1 lightspawn, 1 lightwell) but only took around 10 attempts and 40 minutes.
So am I supposed to clear early?
No if you have lightwells and MCtech you can race him and steal his stuff
This is the best deck on market
Really appreciate that man, thanks!
Butchered him, first try. 10/10 Lightspawn did the bulk of the damage.
Got him on first try. Thanks for the deck.
