If you have completed the Naxxramas and Black Rock Mountain adventures than this deck should be fairly cheap to craft. Consider that Alexstrasza is a strong card you will want in your collection regardless, and the only really unique cards are Doomsayer and Ice Block, which will set you back 1600 dust total.

The deck is simple: Destroy all your opponant's minions until you can play dragons and Mojordomo, then abuse Ragnaros's hero power while hiding behind Ice Block's.
