His Deck from 24th of February 2015
He changed Kel'thuzad against another Annoy-o-Tron on stream since it was a bit slow and he didn't like it.
Deck was played by Lifecoach to like rank 4 or something so it's definately good and viable in it's current form.
My personal take on this: I played this deck for a bit and found following issues if you face a lot of aggro decks (a lot of them were pointed out in the comments already). So Here are a few suggestions:
- The deck lacks draw altough the current design of the deck has enough 6 mana minions so if you find yourself topdecking you have a chance to get something useful in the later turns
- It is a pretty aggressive deck and has a lot of face potential but if you loose board control (especially against mech mage) you probably won't come back since there is no real ae removal or hard removal other than the weapons
- the deck is very heavy on 4 mana minions, especially 4 mana minions that rely on a mech on board
- Iron Juggernautis nice but gives pretty random results
Possible changes and reasoning:
Armorsmith: you can leave 1 copy of this and put a Cruel Taskmaster in or put 2 Cruel Taskmaster in. The deck gets a bit more dmg potential that way and you still have the ability to deal 1 dmg to finish something off. Keep in mind we want some minions that can destroy pescy divine shields for us (Annoy-o-Tron).
1 Tinkertown Technician out since we already have enough 4 mana minions that require a mech and 1 Harvest Golem in for more consistency
1 Piloted Sky Golem out and Battle Rage in for some card draw
1 Iron Juggernaut out and either a Jeevesor another Battle Rage in
maybe also 1 Arcanite Reaper out. It's absolutely amazing in a bit slower matchups so leave it in the deck if you face for instance a lot of priests. This could be changed for another Spider Tank or for Loatheb
This would effectively change the deck to be more of an aggro deck with better early game and card draw for better early board presence but weaker against Decks that can draw out the game and have mass removal.
What we should not change:
Warbot: essential to destroy things like Webspinners or annoy o tron shields. a 1/3 body is really good for 1 mana together with a cruel taskmaster on turn 2 it can get rid of most early game minions.
Fiery War Axe: absolutely what you want in every starting hand. Enables you to build a board.
Annoy-o-Tron: only taunt in this deck
Mechwarper: core
Frothing Berserker is absolutely essential and synergizes very well with spare parts (get him to 12 dmg and cloak field or switch attack/hp so he's unkillable for decks without hard removal
Dr. Boom: is just too good right now
Piloted Shredder is one of the best minions if you have Board control and it can't be easily traded by some lowy minion
Screwjank Clunker: Obviously really good card as long as there is a mech on the board. If we put in more 3 drop mechs this should be consistently a very strong card on turn 4.
other ideas:
could put in Cult Master alternatively for card draw
could put in an Ironbeak Owl to get through some of the bigger taunts since weapons are the only removal right now in this deck
also possible to counter secrets put in a Kezan Mystic instead of Kor'kron Elite
Could put in a Blood Knight for a Spider Tank since a lot of Decks play Annoy-o-Tron and there a lot of Paladins around
Rank 12 nub here. Why no love for cogmaster? Warrior is a the better of my 2 worst decks and I just happen to get the quest for them (rogue and warrior) I've had it for days, but then again i probably could have made a better basic deck than the mech one I just made or the enrage one I tried before. Not one of my favored classes. I think I won once when I played someone worse than me with murloc rogue. I've just been trying anything I can think of. if someone could link a cheap way to get these quests done easy that would be great, thanks in advance if you do i appreciate it. I should probably look something up and i will just thought i would play around. don't have brawl or any of the good expensive warrior cards (or mechs other than the one that gains attack as you get armor and screwjank clunker) or blackrock YET. i plan on getting the adventure ASAP.
Just running this quote unquote "top 3 legen EU zoo deck" right now. it's good enough to be better than whatever else I have. it's on this site and will come up immediately after searching the afforementioned phrase.
Liking this deck but Handlock seems to crush it - can't get through big minions... What can I do?
Same goes for all the Paladins with Tirion...
Tirion = drop a tinkertown and get a silence
Bgh is your other go to here for larger creatures.
Doesn't help against constant 8/8 and 4/10 :)
Brawl takes care of all that. I'd say 1 Arcenite out 1 Brawl in.
It's fine against hunters, but cards like warbot and clunker are pretty much trash going up against decks with real cards...
this deck got average winrate of 53%- 20/18 @ rank 10
edit: winrate after some more games 61%+ winrate 35-22 @ rank 5
oh and btw i replaced both Piloted Sky Golem from the beginning with the second Spider Tank an Sneed's Old Shredder i think the results are ok, but i acrually dont really know if tey could be a little better wirh bot Piloted Sky Golem ? :/
oh if any1 interested in u can watch me playing this deck when u skip to 2:11:00 over here http://www.twitch.tv/hsmarc/manager/a636008232/highlight
People think it's called "Fiery Win Axe" because it makes you win. Really, it's called that because "Fiery Lose-If-It's-Not-In-Your-Opening-Hand Axe" is kind of a mouthful. Nowhere is this more apparent than when you try to make a deck like this work. The Warrior 2-drop minions are extremely poor for establishing board control, so you will not have a strong start without Fiery War Axe to help you not fall behind early. The fact that you can't guarantee you'll have it in your opening hand every time is what makes Warbot so weak. Warbot is great for popping Annoyotron and Shielded Minibot shields, but if you don't have the Axe to actually finish off the de-shielded minion, you start falling behind on board. That, and the fact that if they don't ever actually play a shielded or 1-health minion, you'll never get to do anything efficient with it, and you just end up throwing it into some minion with one more health than you have weapon damage or something. Hitting it with your own Cruel Taskmaster is an extremely poor move from a board control standpoint, because 4 damage is overkill against anything that early besides an Armorsmith, and 2 health minions are much easier to clear early on than 3-health minions and your end result of the play is two 2-health minions.
I replaced the cards with Control Warrior and it's working great! :)
soooo, not trying to be nasty, take this question seriously: does this deck win?
Only with a tremendous effort I could win 2 games at level 20 and then...trashed it..
Whats the best rank you have achieved in a season?
15 and if you want to tell me that I am a noob and a scrub, you are absolutely right ;)
That is probably the most annoying thing ever!
Yep, playing to the rope is the most important tech of this deck :)
Deck is awful...
I feel like the creator of this deck plays Jugg just for the fun of it. The card feels so counter-intuitive to the play-style and really doesn't resonate with any other card. And I feel that the addition of Jeeves, taking out 1 Sky Golem and 1 Tinkertown Technician [/card] and replacing them with 2 [card]Battle Rage would give this deck a bit of longevity which it definitely does not have.
I tried the deck and it was very fun to play. Went 5-1. Thanks for sharing!
i wouldnt run warbots at all
And when you are out of steam what are you doing? No card draw it's always a big problem
