ESL Legendary Series Winter 2014/2015 Grand Finals Deck Lists
The following deck lists were used during ESL Legendary Series Winter 2014/2015 Grand Finals.
Some fun cancer right here.
Do i play worgen infiltraitor or leper turn one?
Actually, you'd want to use Worgen before. With a stealth minion, they don't have to worry about Taskmaster, ping from mage, hero power from druid, etc. Also if you're playing a mech mage, and they play Mechwarper, your abusive sergeant has a chance to gain insane value. If you need proof on why Worgen over Leper, watch the ESL games that Chakki played through.
I tried this one out the other day, and I feel this is certainly competitive on ladder. I didn't have a second Leper Gnome or Arcane Golem, and am too frugal to craft them, so I replaced them with Dire Wolf Alpha and Jeeves to see how those cards can work. As it turns out, Dire Wolf won me a few games single-handedly (both by damage and being a Beast for Kill Command), while Jeeves didn't do much of anything. He is nearly useless in a hand with Kill Command and a Weapon you aren't using, but might need more games to be sure. Make no mistake, this is a Face deck. You only trade if your opponent has lethal on board, or to tempo them out through explosive trap. So far the only decisive loss with this deck has been to a warlock with Anti-Killbots, that card, and Arcane Nullifier X-21 are the single most annoying obstacles for the deck (Sludge Belcher is also annoying, but comes a bit late in the game). You typically get the opponent to about 13 health by turns 5-6, then spend the next two turns dealing with health gain from Antique Healbot, Ancient of Lore, Light of the Naaru, etc. to finally kill them off. Overall a very solid (and inexpensive!) tournament deck with ladder viability.
Too frugal to craft another leper gnome?!? Lol, WHAT? It's 40 dust bro.
trouble running out of cards :( i also changed worgen infiltrator for southsea deckhand wich seems to work fine :)
you have to hero power at almost every single turn, not play a minion every chance.
