honestly, played this deck for as long as I could, with as many variables as I could, and  droped from rank 5 to 16 this last few days, any advices  would be welcome, can't get this thing to work. = (

About as bad for me too. I hate to give up on it though.

trying to learn how this works, doesn't really matter if I fall this early in the season I can pick up the pace with stronger decks later.

using it with another doomguard in place of mal ganis since i dont have him, 4-1 atm, not bad

Hmm so I just crafted the Lord Jaraxxus and Mal'Ganis for this deck. I also made a few changes too. 

This was pretty much a fusion of RhysGod's deck he posted and this one. I went off his and just added a few more demon's like a Void Terror and subtracted an Abusive Sergeant and a Defender of Argus (felt like those were just there for Nerubian Egg activation, which Void Terror can do anyways). Anyways, this version seemed the best of both worlds to me so I went with it. Very fun deck to play though, especially when you can start pulling off some of the unique combos. (Notably my favorite, Power Overwhelming 'ing a minion, take out enemy minion or hit face, drop Nerubian Egg, then Void Terror them both for a 7/8 and 4/4. Knife Juggler and Imp-losion synergy ain't bad either)

Guys I've had issues with this deck being consistent, probably due to my own misplays. I changed the abusive sarge's to sunfury protector's and removed the hellfire for another shadowflame. also changed loatheb to harrison. currently 9-1 with this version. sunfury's really seem to help although I LOVE the abusive synergy. A lot of times with this current deck you have 'answers' but nothing to play until turn 4 which is fine in handlock but not with this.

Im gonna get downvoted but this deck SUCKS for me. As someone who has high winrate with handlock and zoo so far with this deck Ive lost to : huntard, mech mage, oil rogue and paladin..... versus what is this supposed to be winning?

look at my recent post, the changes might help. I was having difficulty winning with this as well.

I'm running a demonlock similar with this but more aggro in early games.  Here's a video of perfect curve/tempo! What a quick game!

The deck is awesome, finally a deck which is effective and so fun to play with at the same time. I've been playing with your list, as I think is the best one. The only change I made was cutting one Doomguard for one Demonheart. The reason is that with 2 Doomguards, many times I drew one of them and had Malganis or Lord Jaraxxus in hand, with a high risk of discarding them if I didn't have Void Caller on the field. And Demonheart is such a versatile card, capable of getting rid of annoying minions or buffing one of your demons, even the 1/1 from Imp-losion (the best case is a buffed Mistress of Pain). 

Also, I thought a lot about Imp Master, what do you think about it? It fits the Demon theme and it would help to balance the mana curve, as this deck has only one thing to play on turn 3, BGH, and you don't want to play him that early (except maybe against aggro). It also has a nice sinergy with Knife Juggler. Maybe I could add one of them instead of 1 Abusive Sergeant or Mortar Coil?

Hey! I'm glad you enjoy it ! Doomguard for Demonheart was a pretty cool idea , probably I should give it a try tho . About Imp Master.. It would be great if the Imp Master itself is a demon too. And yeah , normally I keep BGH on the early games if i had it on hand. Abusive Sergeant is important so , it can't be replaced.  

Its either Mistress of Pain or Mortar Coil for 1 Imp master , I would choose Mortal Coil :) Let me know how it works for you! 

I'm not a good player by any means but I've been running a demonlock similar to this that brought me from 15 to 7.

-1 Jaraxxus (don't have it)  +1 Dread Infernal (that 1 sweep damage comes in handy against paladin and hunter)

-2 abusive sarge                  +2 Demonfire (which I try to use on my mistress of pain if possible)

-2 argus                                 +1 Floating Watcher,  +1 Doomsguard

-1 BGH                                   +1 Siphon Soul

This deck is pretty fun so far could use a little work, but it is fun.

Thats a joke right? Theres a reason every hand/demon lock runs him.

fitting in a faceless manipulator and arcane golem would make it so much easier to have a win condition (or atleast manipulator since there already is a doomguard u can copy if it drops off a voidcaller)

also any place for demonhearth here? card dropped recently from pack and i try to make good use of it (it is really dope on mistress or voidwalker.. 6/8 taunt for 6 mana or 6/9 healing machine for 7mana .. also works well on implossion.. can be used as removal

also what do you guys think of sense demons? the deck is very weak on the 3 mana spot + you get reliable demon draw (maybe the voidwalkers might fuck it up a bit but i can see myself running 1 voidwalker+1 zombie chow)

I gotta agree, its a fun deck, it's just not viable in ladder.  I used it for a day and dropped from 9 to 11
