Solid Warrior Starter deck, based on the advice from battle.net forum:
The key is to start with weapon or Acidic Swamp Ooze. Which isn't hard. Focus on clearing minions with a weapon, while you go for the face and climb up slowly. Shield Block synergizes with weapons very well and gives a card draw. then gnomish inventor is a minion with carddraw.
Everything is elite except Frostwolf Warlord and Gnomish Inventor. Frostwolf Warlord is good to throw if you have at least 2 minions out, and Gnomish Inventor is good for a semi-free minion card. Everything else is about going for the face while you rely on weapons and Heroic Strike to clear.
A good combo is Shattered Sun Cleric with Sen'jin Shieldmasta or Kor'kron Elite. Another is Warsong Commander followed by Core Hound or Frostwolf Warlord. (Warsong Commander is 3 and Core Hound is 7. Very devastating surprise on turn 10.)
If you want good protection on the Warsong Commander, put up a Sen'jin Shieldmasta and use Shattered Sun Cleric on the Warsong Commander, or just Shattered Sun Cleric on Warsong Commander, if you cant afford it.
