In E.T.C.: Rivendare, Warrider, Sir Finley, Sea Guide Theotar, the Mad Duke, Gigafin

This is more less the deck I built before rotation (https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1424648-undeadlock), with necessary changes after 10 cards went to Wild. After flirting with demons package and Jailer, it has become painfully obvious that Chadlock is just best without any of them. This is the list I got to legend with (05/2023) with 62% winrate from D5 (no 11 star bonus). Here's what changed after rotation:

-2 Grimoire of Sacrifice

-2 Touch of the Nathrezim

-1 Plague Eruption

-2 Soul Rend

-1 Dreadlich Tamsin

-2 Entitled Customer

-1 Vanndar Stormpike

-1 Rivendare, Warrider (moved to E.T.C.)

-1 Theotar, the Mad Duke

+1 Mortal Coil

+2 Defile

+2 Explosive Sheep

+2 Felstring Harp

+2 Hellfire

+1 E.T.C., Band Manager

+2 Siphon Soul

+1 Symphony of Sins

As you can see, we benefit much more from changed Core Set (9 cards added) than from latest expansion, Festival of Legends (4 cards added).

So the main idea of this deck changed a bit. We still want to use Amorphous Slime to cheat powerful undead minions into play early. But while before the main focus was on killing opponent with Rivendare, Warrider's horsemen, now we just need to survive behind big taunts and heal/kill with our big undead resurrected multiple times minions. We still can go with Rivendare, Warrider as alternate win con especially against Blood DK, but he's rarely useful in aggro meta.

With no Rivendare, Warrider in main deck, Flesh Behemoth becomes weaker, although still very good to get Dar'Khan Drathir and Thaddius, Monstrosity, just not very useful afterwards. It's eclipsed by Thaddius as best Slime discard target, especially if you have both in hand.

Other changes let us cover loses in early mass removal and lifegain. Explosive Sheep with Defile or Shallow Grave can be almost as good as Soul Rend (or better) without milling disadvantage. Felstring Harp makes Hellfire much better than Plague Eruption, and it's already arguably better without the weapon too. Also Siphon Soul for 4 is really good, you need this hard removal, even sometimes against your own minions. Symphony of Sins is just a really good versatile tool, especially with Sir Finley, Sea Guide from sideboard.

From E.T.C., Band Manager you want to get Rivendare, Warrider against control (Blood DK/Priest), just don't let it be stolen, silenced, etc., Sir Finley, Sea Guide to look for early Amorphous Slime or Symphony of Sins movements, or just more useful hand, Gigafin mainly for Druid's bullshit ;)

Also I got rid of Theotar, the Mad Duke because in this meta he is less useful, as aggro doesn't care about him and Druid is quite resilient against him anyway.

With this version I had 75% winrate against DH (16 matches), 64% winrate against Priest (11 matches) and 45% winrate against DK (also 11 matches). 6 Druids and all other classes in lesser numbers (0 Shamans) so no reason to give winrates for these, but it seems Chadlock is not that bad for climbing to legend when you get rid of bad ideas like demons and Jailer combo.

edit:

Some changes as I played it more (and nerfs/buffs happened)

+1 Sir Finley, Sea Guide - moved from sideboard

+2 Tour Guide

+1 Twisting Nether

-2 Explosive Sheep

-2 Mortal Coil

Sir Finley, Sea Guide is too important to keep him in sideboard, especially with Symphony of Sins or just to search for something (hint: Amorphous Slime). Tour Guide is excellent as turn 1 draw a card and later, also nice Defile enabler. Twisting Nether is something you don't want to need - but sometimes you just do. Explosive Sheep and Mortal Coil are just too weak and Defile with Hellfire seem to be enough for this meta. Also as I moved Sir Finley, Sea Guide to main I chose to bring back Theotar, the Mad Duke and put him as a third choice to side, but I'm not too sure about this choice. I tend to keep all cards in sideboard even, as they are easy to cast right after E.T.C., Band Manager with Thaddius, Mostrosity in even phase.
