Gameplan:

You are playing with no runes. Which means it's really difficult to make a deck that works right? NOT EXACTLY...

The current core-shell of most tempo Death Knight decks is roughly the same 16 cards.
Skeletal Sidekick, Arms Dealer, Foul Egg, Body Bagger, Hawkstrider Rancher, Construct Quarter, Nerubian Vizier, and School Teacher. All 2 ofs.

That's 16 cards, almost half the deck, so I asked myself, "It can't be that difficult to fill in the rest of the deck with no rune cards, right?"

Turns out, I actually found some cards that have huge potential for Death Knight in the future. Such as Murloc Holmes, one of the only good random generation cards you can use without having runes. The idea being, if you encounter Death Knight, their Rune cards are now yours. (any class really, but I wanted to beat Death Knight as a Death Knight without Runes for this challenge.)

It was hard to flesh out this deck, but I settled on this list for maximum tempo plays and early board aggression.

The main reason to play this deck was to showcase how powerful Construct Quarter has become in this metagame. Foul Egg's play rate has skyrocketed since this card has been available.

So this deck just proves that ANY Death Knight, even one without Runes, can easily win games if you have Construct Quarter early in the game.

ALWAYS KEEP: Foul Egg, Arms Dealer, Body Bagger, Construct Quarter

SOMETIMES KEEP: Hawkstrider Rancher, Skeletal Sidekick, Nerubian Vizier
