Hi,

This is my build of the super popular mage deck. Sometimes I play it on stream at www.twitch.tv/edennnnnn It centers around swarming the board through Mechwarper, pushing in about 15 to 20 damage before getting cleared and then reaching with spare parts turned into Fireball with Archmage Antonidas.

Here's a quick breakdown of minion choices.

1 mana - Mana Wyrm and Clockwork Gnome. Mana Wyrm has spare part synergy. Clockwork Gnome gives you spare parts. If you have to choose between then on turn 1, play Mana Wyrm, since you  might be able to get Clockwork Gnome in for 0 mana later via Mechwarper.

2 mana - Annoy-o-Tron, Mechwarper, and Snowchugger. Annoyotron is stickiest if you can curve into Tinkertown Technician on turn 3, otherwise Snowchugger is fine. Mechwarper should generally be held until you can get value with a few other Mechs. Snowchugger is great to lock out weapons classes and also to trade 1.5 for 1 against zoo.

3 mana - Tinkertown Technician, and Harvest Golem. Harvest Golem is sticky if you need to curve into Goblin Blastmage on turn 4. Otherwise, the 4/4 body of an activated Tinkertown Technician should be your go to.

4 mana - Mechanical Yeti, and Goblin Blastmage. Same idea as turn 3. If you can play an activated Goblin Blastmage, do that. If not, play yeti.

5 mana - Azure Drake and Loatheb. Depending on what class you're up against, you should have a board and start to be afraid of Area of Effect. Play Loatheb to get another turn of attacks in. Otherwise, Azure Drake is still the OG 5 drop. Nice body, card cycle, spellpower. Love him.

Notable Absences - Cogmaster (not enough impact, doesn't contribute to the overall finisher plan.) Micro Machine (Can win games, but I find it streaky. I'd rather play sticky minions to power TInkertown and Goblin Blastmage). SpiderTank (Harvest Golem has similar stats overall, but it's stickier). Piloted Shredder (Mechanical Yeti trades the deathrattle stickiness for 2 more health and a spare part. Fits us better.) Toshley (Don't have him, I suspect he's too slow for us. But try it, by all means. I'd cut 1 Azure Drake for him).

Spells - Flamecannon (I play this over Frostbolt to clear Armorsmith and Shade of Naxxramas. You might prefer Frostbolt for reliability vs. Zoo and also to get to 15 via double Fireball vs. Lord Jaraxxus.) Fireball (Don't be afraid to use this to clear midgame threats and get another round of attacks in. If you hold the board, trading turn 4s is advantageous for you. Then you shoot him in the face when he's sufficiently low.) Arcane Intellect (I've tried Jeeves, Echo of Medivh and Acolyte of Pain. This is just right. You'll go dry at some point, and Arcane Intellect lets you refill just enough quick enough.) Polymorph (Tirion, Sylvanas, and Sludgebelcher are all good enough. Same Idea as using Fireball to clear minions. Will let you get an extra round of attacks in.) Flamestrike (Serves the same purpose vs. Aggro as Polymorph does vs. Control. If you hold the board, trading full turns puts you ahead. Will save you vs. zoo. Sometimes this card will save you when Paladin plays Muster for Battle and Quartermaster on the same turn.)

The Finisher
Depending on what your matchup is, you may need to draw up to 3 Fireballs with Archmage Antonidas. Warriors need more. Shamans need less. Use your discretion. Be patient. Sometimes you can stealth Antonidas and then get a free win. While learning this deck, err on the side of holding spare parts for Antonidas rather than filling mana curve exactly in the early game.

Every truly great Hearthstone deck has something about it that is broken. Handlock has turn 4 giants. Zoo has zero discard Doomguards. Miracle Rogue has Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Iron Blastmage has stealth Archmage Antonidas.
