Post nerfs I went 30-13 with this deck. It's very strong considering it is realatively cheap to craft and after the nerfs DK feels significantly stronger. I didn't consider I'd get upvotes so quickly, here is a general guide.

Update: Floating around 64% Winrate on HSReplay. I swapped 1 Remorseless Winter for Astalor Bloodsworn per recommendation of my coach who is a well known professional.

General Mulligan Guide:

All Matchups:

Arms Dealer,Body Bagger, Skeletal Sidekick, Harbinger of Winter, Nerubian Vizier,Glacial Advance, Thassarian

Modifications vs Aggro:

Howling Blast and Remorseless Winter become quite powerful vs Aggro Druid, Unholy Death Knight, Swarm Shaman, and Imp Lock.

Modifications vs Control/Combo

Lady Deathwhisper becomes a decent keep in thiese matchups.

General Strategy:

The general idea of the deck is to fight for board early. Against aggro don't be afraid to use your burn to slow down decks like Unholy DK and Aggro Druid (can't win if you're dead lol). Against combo and control matchups look to copy as many spells as you can and push for presence on the board. Once the midgame it becomes quite difficult to continue to hold the board, this is the point that if your opponent is low enough we begin thinking about push for a kill via spell damage burst to the face. Turn 7+ Frostwyrm's Fury dominates the game.

Possible Changes:

I had considered cutting one Remorseless Winter in favor of Astalor Bloodsworn as he's proving to be very powerful. The other option to replace one Remorseless Winter would be Defrost, because at times when you are drawing poorly the deck can just run out of gas early. Rimefang Sword may prove to be a possible replacement as well, we'll see how the meta shapes out.
