Investment Opportunity is your only draw? It barely even counts. There's no way this deck works until you fix that.

think there might be a way to make this work? I drew the murloc and I have the quest (but never used it) 

TBH I got quests late and haven't used a lot of them. The only one I used a lot was the Warrior one as you can make aggro deck with it.

If I get a chance to use the quests again before they rotate it will be great.

Shaman has gotten shafted for the past two years when it comes to card draw. That's why most successful Shaman decks have involved Murlocs -- Gorloc Ravager is the best they can do. Since this deck doesn't use Murlocs, you don't have a lot of options.

Sleetbreaker is there, which I hadn't counted originally, but it does generate a draw, so that helps. Maybe add some actual Windchill? Primal Dungeoneer would do some good, but Sleetbreaker is the only Elemental if you do get lucky and draw a Nature spell.
