I just reached legend rank (second time legend!) with this modified (tier 4) deck (and i hope that i will reach legend next season with this deck again)

 

Game plan is easy pz - throw cheap minions on early turns as f as possible and proctect them with your face if needed.

Mulligan:

Coin

Frenzied Felwing , Bibliomite, Dispose of Evidence, Fel Barrage

Possible combos on turn 1-2 for smooth start:

Dispose of Evidence + Hero power + face is the place + Frenzied Felwing

Coin + Bibliomite

Coin + Fury (rank 1) or Mana Burn

Matchups: 

Against secret mages: 50/50. If u hit face every turn Rigged Fair game won't be activated, plus don't let for mages to have any minions in board. (Mages no more have  Ice Block

Against rez-priests: Make a board, drop  Mana Burn on turn 4 to prevent discounted  Shadow Essense and everything should be okay

Against mill-druids: Similar to priests should be easy unless they cast Spreading Plague..

Against paladins: Odd paladin or mech paladin? Doesn't care. You still loose cuz they make board too fast.

Finishers: Dreadprison Glaive [/card] and [card] Fel Barrage will help u to end games.
