This has taken me from bronze to platinum 1 so far this season without the general meta inclusions. (shoulda been diamond but you the rank up vs ramp druid had x2 Denarius, theotar, and x3 of the Rogue class replay spell.) It can compete though, so meta burn plebs! This is budget like mentioned 1x Wraith is dusted for Theotar when possible.
