As you can see, this is very different from all the other wild quest mages. I basically removed all the junk & put only the most efficient/useful cards for the quickest quest completion and the time warp combo. I wrecked all control decks & still had a good chance against aggro if the mulligan was good. I hit 2296 legend (5th time legend) on 9/25 with a 50-35 record - 59% winrate. The legend run was tedious & annoying; however, 98% of the time if you time warp - you win. This deck is designed to get you unlimited turns.
I don't know about this being more efficient... Not gonna comment about every card but not running Sivara is just wrong. It has above 75% played winrate only below the quest, Brann and Parrot. Hiting a biscuit and any 2 mana spell with commander is half the quest done for zero mana.
