Hearthpwn

This is the Spectral Cutlass rogue deck i use to climb to platinum 5.

I have been playing hearthstone since 2016 and have reached legend multiple times. Since Spectral Cutlass was released i have slowly played other decks less and less until i now only play cutlass rogue.

It is performing quite well now reno decks are less common as most reno decks include Rustrot Viper and any weapon removal stops this deck dead!

You need to hard mulligan into Spectral Cutlass, so you want either Spectral Cutlass itself or cards to draw it like Cavern Shineyfinder or Raiding Party or at a push Secret Passage works with 5 mana.

Remember with Tess Greymane not to play any other weapons and limit any cards you play that could remove herself from the board until you have first copied her with Toggwaggle's Scheme

You only ever play Academic Espionage once your deck is empty as you really need to play most of your weapon buffs before you make the deck too big and can't find the pieces you need

If you are playing against combo decks then use Parrrley to steal combo pieces but only once you have already drawn Spectral Cutlass (and Academic Espionage)

I usually just quit when someone plays weapon removal as you very rarely win without Spectral Cutlass

I only include 1 copy of Spectral Cutlass now as any weapon removal wrecks your game and usually if they have 1, then they have means to use it twice so the 2nd Spectral Cutlass was very rarely useful

you can swap out either Murloc Holmes or Theotar, the Mad Duke for Shadowjeweler Hanar
