I've tried many different versions of Relic DH (various combinations of Deathrattle/Token/XL/Questline), and this is my favorite. In all the games I played, one thing became clear to me: If you can get your relic chain going you will likely win. It doesn't really matter what your win condition is, as anything is threatening with huge discounts and accompanied by wide boards of large minions. As such, I found that packing in as much card draw as possible leads to the winning scenario more frequently, and more quickly.

The aim here is to draw into your relics as fast as possible, flood the board with large discounted minions (phantasms, brutes, and gnolls), and protect them with Blademaster Okani (particularly useful for protecting against Mordresh Fire Eye). Smothering Starfish is used to remove freezes/taunts to ensure the minions can go face (I've won many games with Starfish freeing up a frozen board). Due to the immense amount of card draw in this deck, you can often get to a point where your hand is too full to draw more. This is the reason for Dispose of Evidence. It not only gives you more reach on your winning turn it can also help empty out your hand to make room for another round of Relic of Dimensions.

Never feel afraid to use Relic Vault. Keep in mind that you have a total of 4 charges, and only 6 relics to use them on. Playing too conservatively with Relic Vault usually just results in unused charges at the end of the game. Having said that, you definitely want to use it for Relic of Dimensions if at all possible, as that is the main engine of the deck.
