This is the sixth and final iteration of a highly disruptive deck I call the "Deck Fucker."
The plan here is simple: obstruct or destroy the opponent's gameplan. Regardless of enemy, the deck fucker has an answer for it (except for spell quest hunter, which is an Achilles Heel).
Unlike disruption decks that rely on discarding a random selection of the opponent's cards, the deck fucker allows for more precise targeting of an opponent's weak areas. The increased flexibility goes a long way -- this deck took me to high legend this season in a Wild ranked ladder full of absolute garbage cheese. The deck fucker can play ball, baby.
The win condition here is often relying on curses to do overwhelming face damage, but, also, there are other win conditions built in that can be chased. Mutanus can be a real threat to decks that are spent on removal, especially when combined with Brann. Cheating out Gigafin early is a guaranteed win against most decks -- when you can pull it off. The deck fucker's last ace in the hole is winning with fatigue damage, which decimates draw heavy decks like ramp druid, and will destabilize an otherwise tied scenario.
If you're looking for an expressive, creative, disruptive powerhouse, I encourage you to give the deck fucker 6 a spin. It is my pride and joy. Live the fantasy of fucking your opponent's bullshit deck into the dirt.
Nice meme deck
I do enjoy these sorts of decks but never have any real luck with them. Too often I find myself in a situation where I have no answer to a board or big minion.
the tools are all here, it's just a matter of knowing what you're up against, mulliganing correctly, and life tapping if your hand is lacking. sometimes you won't have what you need, but with a little strategy you can prepare for it.
Looking forward to this.
Not fuckin hard enuff
that's something i'd advise you keep between you and your doctor
I like the idea but I don't think you're fucking their deck enough. Altar of Fires and Gnomeferatu will do that trick (Tickatus is a easy corrupt with Seadevil Stinger). You could save your Agonies until their decks are burned a bit. I've tried relying on Curses as a win condition and it's more of an Overload: (2) for your opponent than a win con most of the time. You also forgot about the grand champion Dirty Rat that shits on your enemies. Just a couple suggestions from my own deck mate.
Hard agree, Altar of Fires are amazing for deck fuckery. Another suggestion I'd give is take out the Coldlight Oracle. You typically don't want them to draw cards because it leaves more room in their hand for curses.
Coldlight Oracle is a tech card -- you can use it in combination with the curses to fill an opponent's hand to 10, burning their next draw. I do this in about 1 of every 5 games I play with this deck. The reason I use this and not Gnomeferatu is because this deck admittedly needs the extra draw option to get out of some jams, especially in a thin-hand late-game situation.
I've run this with Altar of Fire, but there's no worse feeling than burning an essential card in your own deck. I've burnt Gigafin way too many times -- it had to go for me.
Dirty Rat is a great card, but also has the chance to spectacularly backfire against big decks.
I agree they're both great cards for this deck if you can make them work, I just haven't had much luck with it!
