I've been playing this deck since the beginning of the season and it feels pretty good! The delete package can disrupt your opponent. Since the Kazakusan change, it can now come early into play for warlock. Twilight Drake fits right in handlock and counts for Kazakusan.
Card choices : Twisting Nether over Entitled Customer : better for dealing with very large minions or divine shields, the 2/2 body doesn't really matter and there's plenty of removal before turn 8.
The delete package comboes well with Kazakusan since you'll have 10 cards or less after you've played it.
I don't have Dreadlich Tamsin in my collection, but maybe she can fit the deck. I like Lord Jaraxxus otherwise.
Im back to the game after 6-7 years of a break. I have to thank you for little throwback and fun deck im about to craft :)
Have fun ! :) I'd say to be careful with crafting, but there are no terribly situational cards in this list that only work in a couple of decks. You can have a look at Meati's fatigue warlock on the front page as well, it looks promising ! (if you don't have the legendaries, Kazakusan and Raid Boss Onyxia are very good and often used, they come in the United in Alterac mini-set if it is still available, in case you aren't aware) Hf gl !
Jaraxxus is good, but I replaced him with Tamsin. Light board clear + good hand reload is good, besides, Kazakusan is our late-game wincon anyway.
Otherwise deck is fun. By no means a meta-breaker, but fun nonetheless.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes it is definitely not a very competitive list, but I had some fun with it. I also tried Gorloc Ravager to pull cards faster. Defender of Argus was more a throwback to older classic versions of handlock, but it is ultimately not very good. I found Soul Rend to be quite good, a second copy might be worth it. Otherwise, these days, I had a lot of fun with another control deck I made for shaman, I'll post the list.
Deck list. Maybe you can make a tempo warlock. With dragons and gorloc ravager. Like take out gnoll, barrens scavenger and handlock cards and put in like sir finley sea guide, amagalm of the deep, redgill razorjaw, lone champion, mor'shan watch post.
Heck a watchpost warlock seams good.
Feel free to try it out and share your impressions if you do :)
