I didn't see any recent Pogo Hopper Rogue decks. I recently got back into Hearthstone after years away from the game and today I've played about 15 games of Pogo Rogue. I started with a greedier list (including Spirit of the Shark and Gang Up) but that version struggled with more aggressive decks so I added some early game removal and Armor Vendors. 

In terms of playstyle, you have two goals: (i) shuffle pogo's into your deck; (ii) draw cards. It is only worth playing a Pogo Hopper if you are able to shuffle new copies into your deck. In the mulligan I try to keep Pogo Hopper, Lab Recruiter, Swindle and Fauxy Frand. I tend to also keep Efficient Octo-bot, Elven Minstrel and Armor Vendor, but it depends on the match-up.

Zilliax is best magnetised onto a Pogo Hopper for healing and Shek'zara is a great tool to draw all your Pogo's at once.
