So this is quite a meta-breaker in my opinion. I hit a win-spree from Diamond 5 to Legend. Works great against the Control based decks like Kazakusan Warrior or Druid. 

Strategy:

As usual try to complete the questline as soon as possible (i usually complete it within turn 6-7) There are also some board-clear options with Talented Arcanist + Felscream Blast and Immolation Aura but they are usually used against aggro matchups. Then if you wish to save the 1-cost minions like Spirit Jailer and Armor Vendor, you can get to play them along side Razorglaive Sentinel after you play the Questline reward. After you get all the minions out from your deck you should find a spot to play Kazakusan. Then you know what to do :) (Go crazy)

 

Against Kazakusan Warrior  -  SAVE Rustrot Viper in order to destroy only Bulwark of Azzinoth

Against Aggro  -  Play it carefully! It might get tricky. Consider keeping some removals in the early game.
