This is my go at an aggro spellmage i think it fits the meta quite well i did some testing in Legend and am at 24:6 now so i guessed i might share the list :)

Ur mulligan is pretty much ur onedrops, vs boardheavy decks u might wanna keep Ras also u can keep 2 drops if u go second and dont have a onedrop!

u shouldnt waste ur spells to much for clearing , except for Ignite because u get it back in your deck.

try to not use dmg early if you know he might have healing or armor / herocards that give armor keep the dmg and try to lower the cost of the spells with Siphon Mana and build up some damage range, first of all they arent expecting it a lot of the times and second of all it does deny him some plays he could make if he knew ur loaded off already.

so basically its about keeping boardcontrol and dealing dmg with your board so you can finish the game with a spellcombo.

last think i have to metion is timing your pheonix right , think 2 turns ahead and make sure ull have a play to make with the 2 spelldmg in that turn, else the pheonix might be wasted and will throw you behind eventually...
