Behold the PowerOfCheez! Your friendly neighborhood Hearthstone whale, back with another Wild Reno deck. Can't help myself, just love me some Reno Jackson in Warlock! Just made it through Bronze (been playing Arena almost exclusively for a couple months, hate the pre-fractured meta), so temper your expectations and don't go crafting this legendary heavy deck as though I am claiming its a climber yet. I am not. But I am going to give it a go and see where I hit the wall. I will update this with stats later, just turned my tracker back on after a few good wins.
So, while this does have Reno Jackson, the Warlock's best friend, its the only singleton dependent card, largely due to the presence of Vanndar Stormpike, which prevents you from playing Zephrys, the Great or Kazakus. That's ok, because the deck is really about the good old Demon/Bloodreaver Gul'dan chemistry and uses Vanndar Stormpike as an add-in to the usual cheats (like Skull of the Man'ari and Emperor Thaurissan) to accelerate them into play.
I also do not use Dragonqueen Alexstrasza currently, preferring Mo'arg Forgefiend, but its a viable swap at that spot. I started with her and just felt it needed one more taunt demon more than some random 0 cost dragons.
You will notice some singleton tech cards (Kobold Stickyfinger, Chief Inspector and Skulking Geist mainly), which are personal preferences. These each can be either game winners or Obi-Wan Kenobi (your only hope) in certain matchups. If you want a purer focused build with less tech, feel free to replace them. Skulking Geist in particular has some counter synergy with the 1 cost cards in the deck, but they are intended only as early game options anyway (can't NOT have some with Vanndar Stormpike in the deck), so, by the time you cast the Geist, you should be happy to thin them from your deck anyway.
If this holds up through Gold, I will post stats and spoilers with more card specific and matchup specific info.
Its an early build, so suggest away on tips to improve it as I get higher on ladder, either via different tech or more focus, Definitely not saying its refined, but its been good in the garbage ranks.
Ah, the PowerOfCheez!
