Thanks for all the up-votes and interest in the deck you all. And a shoutout to Jambre it looks like this deck was his creation. I did say id make a small guide if this got some upvotes, and it seems a lot of people are struggling to figure this deck out. But it will be brief seeing as the new expansion comes out tomorrow and this deck may be irrelevant by then.
First off ill start with the mulligan, most matchups will be about the same, but it does vary slightly.
The cards you always want regardless of matchup are going to be Palm Reading and Thrive in the Shadows. Palm Reading obviously is going to discount your hand as well as activate Insight which you ultimately want to hit Nazamani Bloodweaver. Which brings me to Thrive in the Shadows With this card you're going to be looking for Insight if you don't already have one in hand or Palm Reading. Insight is also not a bad card to keep in your opening hand if you already have Palm Reading. If not though I would hard mulligan for the two cards mentioned above. Nazmani Bloodweaver, is also a card Worth keeping in your hand if you have Palm Reading already.
Against your aggro matchups Xyrella is a card you want to mulligan for as well, insight is also another card to keep or mulligan for to help you find Xyrella or Nazmani Bloodweaver Against hunter i tend to keep Holy Smite if i already have it to deal with their strong 1-drops: Arcane Anomaly Intrepid Initiate. Against druid i also tend to keep Shard of the naruu to deal with their early snowballing cards, like Composting
This decks worst matchups are OTK demon hunter and quest warlock (specifically the giant version) like someone mentioned below. But neither are unwinnable if you get your combo pieces early.
This decks best matchups are Aggro druid, pirate warrior, and Hunter. Which also happen to be the three matchups I have played most.
Once you have the main pieces in hand ideally around turn 4-6 (can still work at later turns) The general concept is having your hand discounted from Palm Reading you play your Nazmani Bloodweaver duplicating it immediately, if possible, withGift of Luminance or Psyche Split then using your cheap or free spells to discount your higher cost cards Such as Elekk Mount, Malygos or whatever cards you may discover as you're going off from Renew or Draconic Studies. And then duplicating the card you've played Elekk Mount on with either Psyche Split or in some cases Gift of Luminance. Typically, once you've done this or something similar you are back to nearly full health and the match is for the most part over.
If you want an even more in-depth walkthrough of the deck Jambre, the creator of this deck posted a good video going into more detail that a couple people have linked below, but i will also link here:

I hope this helps some of you out, I know it's not the most straightforward or easy deck to play, but trust me once you get it, it's very fun. Good luck to all of you on ladder!
Screenshots below:
This is exactly the kind of deck that ruins Hearthstone for so many players, and the kind of deck that Activision said they wanted to move away from; zero interaction between players. You're just sitting there while your opponent plays his cards and buffing minions endlessly while you can't do a single thing to prevent it. I hope they stop designing cards that encourage decks like these.
being able to survive aggressive decks , which a vast majority of players are versed into, to ultimately overthrow them *is* fun. T1 Trogg > T2 Doggie Biscuit is a bit less, at least after the 37443829th encounter.
The deck is good! Just has a HUGE learning curve not for noobs!!
I just copied the deck to do the win 3 with priest and destroyed Libram paladin, I hardly play Priest lately, so not an expert, yet silenced their stuff, built a board of huge minions with divine shields, and won convincingly in fatigue. So if I can do it in 1 game, and the Paladin played great, then this deck is climbable for skilled players.
I really like the idea of this deck and the imagination of the creators of decks like this.
Unfortunately this deck did not work for me at all. With the side note I am a mediocre player, so I don't really blame the deck itself.
My issues were I kept running out of fuel.
I was often in a situation where I easily got all my cards to 0 but the cards didn't really do anything for me.
I feel this deck needs more generators, like Gift of the Naaru.
Your deck is trash, dead @ turns 6-8 no matter what
Not my deck, Jambres deck, and I posted before this xpack. Also, it's very good. Looking at your profile all you do is post negative comments, likely due to just being bad. You are in fact trash if you can't figure out how to play it have fun in silver.
81% winrate AHAHAHAHAHA
Yup, I had an 81% win-rate from diamond 5 to legend with this deck, screenshots are linked. This was before the xpack however. And again, this deck isn't easy and not recommended for new or average players.
tried 1 game, turn 15, still no Insight, no Nazmani Bloodweaver, auto concede
Frost Shaman destroys this deck, as far as I can tell.
Now I see where all these priests im facing are getting this idea of a bad deck from. Literally laughing my ass off, they have no win condition.
Im playing Quest Deathrattle Priest basically just to frustrate token druid/face huntards/ and pirate warriors. Losing to quest warlocks and quest mages (but not impossible if you turbo the quest)
This deck isn't bad at all, i can't speak for the people you've played though :P. Very clear win condition with this deck if you check out Jambres guide. Glad you're having success with Quest deathrattle priest though, sounds really fun and unique!
Mind posting your deck ?
Can You POST DECK You playin'?
(it maybe help other players to have diferent decks for Priest)
I didn't played THIS deck yet BUT I'm gonna try it soon.

3 wins / 4 games
CHECK IT OUT!
DR priest is one of the only ones that is unwinnable for this deck. You're mistaking being an unlucky draw for this deck for this deck being bad.
Jambre took this deck to #1 legend a few days ago.
look at this guide, you probally play the list wrong i know i did b4 this guide.
