Very slow starts, gets wrecked by shaman or face hunter (sad that a priest losing to that). Once you lose board for a turn or two can't really catch up

dont understand why you have a winrate of 60% with this

i made some changes and currenty diamond 2... i need to get into legend, is my promise to achieve legend only playing priest even though is the worst class right now and almost always 

THIS DECK HAS AN INCREDIBLE WIN RATIO !  its so bad ass u win most games without even finishing the quest !

I've actually done surprisingly well with this deck at Legend Rank. 

Key is getting a High Abbess Alura on turn 5 with coin or 6 with a spell and pulling Elek. A 7/14 with Taunt at that point in the game is difficult for any deck in the current meta to deal with. 

Crossroads Watch Post, most will ignore until you get an Elek on it. Then they have to deal with it and if you have any other minions on the board that get buffed by spells your oppoenent plays, I can be auto-win.

The biggest issue I have with this desk is it's heavy minion based. Often you get run down if your opponent is able to apply minion pressure and control the board. Not a lot of tools in this desk to clear or swing the board. 

Serena rarely feels good in this deck. I may sub out and put Mutanus in the deck to try and snipe quests. Also helps with quest because Elek's can be awkward to play at times. 

Outisde of a lucky Illucia can this deck beat warlock and if so how?  I've tried to push it as as tempo deck ignoring the quests (as I think it's never going to matter) but they just have too much removal and then hit their solo "play my whole hand in one go" turn and it's over.

Easy to complete the quest and horrible for the mages!!!

its probably the best Quest priest so far, i have a fair winrate.

i changed Archdruid Naralex, he is no pretty usefull except the aoe. But one dormant minion is great cause you have 100% target for Elekk.

I replaced him with Flightmaster Dungar, the heal helps a lot vs Shaman & Hunter at least and you can play him turn 6 or whenver you you want to play Elekk NEXT TURN i if you choose the summone a 2/2 adventurer in one turn.

AND he has synergy with Xyrella (10 Heal = 10 Damage AOE), i was be able to clear the whole board vs shaman & warlock with this combo

Quest Shaman is rough

yeah, but that doesn't change no matter wich deck you're playing

Replacement ideas for mindrender illucia, Serena bloodfeather and the nameless one? Never got around to crafting those

If you take a look at the description of the video, there is a guide of this deck in Reddit that could help you with replacements.

In my opinion both of these cards work really good in this deck. Serena can help you in early game with elemental shaman and handbuff paladin while you complete the quest, also It's useful in late game, but she can be replaced for other card with no problem I guess.

About Illucia, I've won few games against quest decks by stealing their reward. I know that If you are playing in high legend the players will play around this, but surprinsigly some of them misscalculate the mana or they just expect you don't have Illucia in your hand. Also this card works excellent in shadow priest, another archetype which is working well competitively.

Replaced pp with moarg.

Mankrik replaced with rustrod viper.

Naralax replaced with robes of protection.

keep in mind that Mankrik as well als Narlex give you a guaranteed target for Elekk cause they summoned in your turn.

You can replace Naralex with Flightmaster Dungar like i did

Nice fun deck. The warlock solitaire lets you develop a board, which you can lock up with the 4 Mana towers.

great version of quest priest.  I swapped out one of the wandmakers for mutamix as he outright wins games sometimes.  so far so good.

EDIT: don't be a fool like me - Alura is a SPELLBURST so even with 10 mana, you can't drop the end quest minion, put the shard in your deck, and then play Alura to insta-gib the opponent...unless you have a 0-mana spell or saved the coin.

Doh.

Quest is form of tutor (and late game threat, but definitely not the main winning condition), Alura is for Elekk "combo".

 you have to give a deck more than a few games before you condemn it. play over 50, better if a 100, games to see where it really stands. Small sample size doesnt reflect much. And Dekkster is a bro, not a dickhead.
