This is the same libram deck that we all know, with several updates for the new set. I think that City Tax is a bit of a sleeper right now, as it is a great replacement for Consecration as a combo card with Equality or Libram of Justice, but it has the added benefits of costing 2 less and being able to cycle itself in a control matchup where you don't need removal.
