OTK on 10-mana (possibly 8 mana with 2x Lightning Bloom):

Bolner + Lightning Bloom + Y'Sharrj ----> infinite corrupted Circus Medics and Dunk Tanks

Every time a Circus Medic is played for 0 mana Bolner will trigger Y'Shaarj's battlecry again giving you more corrupted Circus Medics.

 Dunk Tanks will deal damage to face, but also allow you to kill off Circus Medics and free up board space.

Update: All the cards have been released now. Pretty cool combo if Shaman can survive long enough to pull it off. Their best draw options are with the Nature/Elemental package so all included spells are Nature. Canal Slogger should be a great survival tool and Cagematch Custodian will draw Rune Dagger for extra defense with spells.

Might need more cards included that can corrupt Circus Medic and Dunk Tank but the deck will have to be played out to see.
