No big explanation for this deck, compared to my Knuckles and Marsh Queen decks, I just want to say that Yogg shenanigans are a lot of fun, and when you can triple up on them, they're even more fun.  And Lock and Load at 1-mana is also pretty damn fun in Wild.  This deck has so much value...

[A few minutes later...]

Okay, the goal isn't necessarily to win, but to enjoy as many Yogg-Saron, Hope's End shenanigans as possible.  So working backwards, first you need to survive to turn 10.  Second, make a copy or two of Yogg with Stitched Tracker.  Third, control the board and manage your health while playing as many spells as possible, and generating midgame value.

Which brings us to Lock and Load.  The deck is built for a huge L'n'L turn 6, with many 0- and 1-mana spells. To do this, you need to have also drawn a Cloaked Huntress, and played Subject 9 on turn 5.  Playing Subject 9 on turn five will often draw 5 cards, so ideally you want only 4 cards in hand at the end of turn 4.  Which can be tricky.  You also want to not load up your portrait with hard-to-trigger secrets before playing Lock and Load.

Finally, the mulligan.  The minions are relatively easy to find; Subject Nine can be tutored with Scavenger's Ingenuity, or you can copy it (Cloaked Huntress) with a Stitched Tracker.  Lock and Load is the card that's hardest to find, so keep it in your mulligan, along with Huntress, Tracking, Candleshot (Trueaim Crescent may be better in the deck), Scavenger's Ingenuity, and maybe an early game spell to answer your opponent's turn 1.
