Shaman is back, lads. I just used only 3 hours to hit legend with this fantastic deck. No bad matchups,  it can even burst through control warrior and priests. Warlock is auto win. Mirror matches are favored due to ooze, it also helps a lot against paladins. Hunters die turn 6-7 and rage quit. Druids play celestial and loose next turn. I had so good time blasting through ranks with it!

It has so good tempo early and great follow up with DH burst combo.

 Stats

Mulligan:

- Always keep: any 1-2 cost elemental, Arid Stormer with any 2 cost elemental or Kindling Elemental
- Keep Kazakus if you have good turn 1-2 play already.
- Never keep weapons
- You might keep Serpentshrine Portal when playing against agro or high-tempo decks like rogue.
- Against slower deck always use full potential of Diligent Notetaker, copy your Stormstrike or Rockbiter Weapon with it, dont waste spellburst on other cards

Matchups:

Mage: 2-2 , depends if you have good start
Warlock: 4-0: you always win
Rogue: 0-3, didnt feel like I was ran over, guess they just had better luck
Paladin: 5-2, they cant keep up with your tempo, also ooze saved me couple of times
Priest: 4-1, clear everything, bring them to low health, then burst them down. You might need to kill them twice, but it is ok
Warrior: 3-1, lost once to rush warrior, beated all control warriors
DH: 3-1, burst them down before turn 8
Hunter: 3-0, funny how they think they can out-damage you :)
Druid: 2-1. You are favored unless they hit the nuts. Deck tracker didnt record 2 games.

All in all, this is definately a deck that is doing very well in current meta.  I would go as far as calling it a T1 deck. Enjoy!
